I was please to see on their website the vaccinations available were listed with an explanation of each one and the cost. There were appointment times and an easy to follow registration process. Yes, the service does require pre- payment but this does ensure that people show up for the time requested. I thought it was an added bonus that the service offered text verification. However, the first text stated that the appointment had to be approved and if not our money would be refunded. I put time and research into choosing them so I am concerned about their lack of commitment to my pets health care. I will follow up as the process goes along, I do hope everything works out well.
