If there was only one store I could shop for the rest of my life, it would probably be Target…read more However, I am not sure if it would be this Target in particular. This location has had some very much deserved TLC over the last few years, and it is probably one of the most "modern" looking Targets in San Antonio. This location has everything and anything you can imagine and more! From plants, to home decoration, groceries, clothing, school supplies, you name it! However, the main reason why I am not giving them a full five stars is because of the way this location has their product placement. They have items from the same category spread in two separate locations. Why? My guess it that they want customers to walk all over the store to find products. Here is one example, I was looking for Jurassic World toys for my kid and they had them spread in two locations of the store (toy section and a random path in other section of the store). Another example would be their school supplies sections which again was spread between two different locations, making us go back and forth to get what we actually needed. I would prefer if they had everything in one place and just let customers shop a little more efficiently instead of making us guess where the second part of what we are looking for is actually located.

There was a man standing there in front of the door and he tells me the restroom is closed and I can use the one by the pharmacy while pointing off in the distance. I ask him if someone is in there and he says yes, but if he let's me in then he has to let everyone else in and again he directs me to the pharmacy. I'm irritated now and really need to use the bathroom so I tell him that and he finally moves. After this I left and did not even buy anything I was so disgusted. I don't plan on going back to this or any Target.

I feel a little bad writing a review of this mall, as it feels like kicking a place when it's…read morealready down. But I have to be honest...if you're not there for an arts n' craft fair on the weekend, it's bereft of stores and more than a little off-putting. For example, the elevators and stairways between levels are few and far between. I didn't see any working escalators. Definitely not a place to go if you're mobility impaired. Parking near the food court is limited or non-existent, meaning that you have a distance to walk through corridors so empty that I expected to see a tumbleweed blow through. Still, it's reasonably well kept up and the pavilion area has pretty glass windows and flags, plus there are some great places at the food court that are not chains. Call it a 2 out of 5 place. I can't see coming here except for a fair or if there's a specialty store you want to visit. It's sad...but I guess the 'mall walk' was a thing best left in the 80s now that Amazon sells everything.

Once called Crossroads mall, it now has mostly locally owned small businesses, many of which…read morespecialize in various genres of collector's items. This mall has been revitalized by the many well attended markets and festivals they regularly host. I was surprised by the number of clinics also housed in the facility given medical and dental care aren't what you would expect to find in an entertainment and shopping hub. You'll find a wide eclectic selection of wares here which makes for fun browsing. Things to know before you go: 1) the layout isn't intuitive, so remember where you parked and entered when you arrive, 2) the tables in the food court are not kept clean so bring cleaning wipes with you to clean your table before you eat, 3) there was only one elevator in the general mall and several of the escalators were broken so be prepared to use the stairs if you can. During Fiesta, the parking lot hosts a bus park and ride and there is a theater inside that hosts various plays throughout the year. If you want to buy a Quinceañera dress, get your tarot cards read, enjoy a spooky treat, get your teeth cleaned, go to a horror museum and then buy sage to cleanse. yourself after, then you'll be in the right place.

The value at any Burlington is good. The selection is usually alright. That is not my complaint…read more The organization and customer service is, however. Can never find anyone. Lines long sometimes during the week. Always long on the weekends and after you have spent an hour trudging through things all over the walkways and searching for assistance to no avail, waiting in a long line is not an ideal final step there. Disorganization is even worse than average here. When the average is already not something to be proud about. Also problematic is the sad fact that there is no reliable way to know if they have something that another location has, and sometimes even when I call ahead, they do not have what they claim to have had. So sad far as the selection goes? I guess sometimes good, but it is pretty random. One way to look at this is as a treasure hunt, but not always in the mood for hunting! Are the good deals worth the physical stress? Next, should I choose to accept my mission, have to ask every time I see something I want that, yes, is a great deal, whether when coupled with the long line awaiting me at the finish line, is this still such a great deal? Not here.
