I can confidently say that Dr. José is one of the best practitioners. He combines chiropractic adjustments with mobility and strength training for pain management, and it absolutely works. I've had better results in a month than I did in months and months of traditional PT -- I have increased mobility and thankfully, a great reduction in pain. I really look forward to my appointments with José. He cares about helping me feel better and live the life I want to live. I immediately felt comfortable with him and trusted him. He's very kind and smart, and I appreciate that he teaches me to the tools to help take care of myself! He's not a practitioner that wants you to rely on him for the rest of your life, although I'm excited to have a health care practitioner that can be there for me in the long-term with my chronic conditions. José is a one-of-a-kind on the west coast of PR, and I'm grateful to have his support.
