Staffing here is incredibly poor, they just simply can't follow instructions. Whatever lady worked the counter yesterday (September 3rd 5:30 pm) at the white river location on bridge street needs to be thoroughly assessed for competency or re trained. She not only CONFIDENTLY said she had my desired strain in stock called "zoap" by forbins then replaced it with a terrible no terp brand called "big house" cut of "SOAP". Then proceeded to add strain indica gummies to the bag when we asked for sativa or hybrid. Due to locals laws, we couldn't return the products once we realized that she completely dropped the ball. When it comes to flower even your best brands like forbins lack any genetic "it factor". You guys pop 100 seeds and send 90 to flower then out of those another 75 percent to the showroom. In Vermont you grow to scale to meet recreational demand, same thing in California but the growers are OBSESSED with making sure we are taken care of. In case you weren't aware none of your flower has depth. If I'm paying for top quality indoor flower with 3 percent up in terps the terps should not only be very present up front but just like anything deeply aromatic there should be a front middle and back. Even your prized forbins finest fades out after the first exhale. The terpene presence is lacking serious depth, and the effects are next to nothing. White ash? Forget about it. None of the forbins I got burned white including newer cuts like "no cap" and "high fives". Beyond the terrible, and frankly negligent bud tending service here I would advise avoiding this place just on the flower quality standards (terp performance, white ash and effect). read more

The most toxic cannabis around? I stopped in to Five Seasons on a whim, as The Hidden Grove, where I would usually have gone, was closed for the 4th of July. I decided to stop in when I drove by and noticed the new store. I chose Grape Cream Cake flower by 'Hey Bud.' It is really disappointing when you pay dispensary prices and get something so toxic that it is unusable. If the cannabis you consume causes swollen lymph nodes, it's highly likely that it was not grown under the purest of conditions. It is all the more disappointing when much better quality cannabis is offered right down the road. Also, Sunday Drive is just a little bit further down the road, and has displayed much higher quality standards. My first clue that I may be getting ripped off, was just how inarticulate and incomprehensible the bud tender was. I believe he was speaking English, but no sense could be parsed out of the word salad I was offered, while they were attempting sell me their wares. It's one thing for the US president to be a mumbling incoherent mess, but I think we should hold our bud tenders to a higher standard.
