Chris installed window security film for my large door windows. He was very prompt to come provide…read morea quote on site and was able to schedule my installation within a week. He arrived with the vendor representative and was expedient to complete the install. After one month, there were some bubbles that still had not evaporated from the installation and Chris returned to attempt to fix them. After another month, I informed Chris that the bubbles were still present. He assured me that under his warranty, he would replace the three panels that required replacing but needed to wait for another window film order. Month after month, I checked in with him. Responses were slow, and now after 9 months I have given up. One star for not fulfilling on his warranty promises.

My only knock was that when the job finished they didn't let me know, so ended up waiting in their waiting area longer than needed to pick up. It wasn't done at the 1.5 hour promise time, no problem, I kept waiting. 60 min later is when I was when I got the keys & paid. Not exactly sure in that extra hour when the job finished. They were busy, I get it, but also your customers have things to do and are waiting. That's minor, and the only thing that stops me from a 5 start review. There's a lot that I'm going to cover here, but bear with me, as the details matter. (Please see the 15+ pictures I've posted along with video.) Our process started with shopping amongst the best vinyl wrap shops in the Central Valley. It came down to 3 places that we had to decide on how they can meet our needs for ALL of the above work. The intention was not to bounce between too many specialty garages which would create a delay of months. We selected Tint Pros for that reason alone. The next step was our personal delivery of ADRO parts in a massive crate directly from Irvine using my Lightning (what am I, Brian Earl Spilner or Brian O'Connor in this story?!) Alex looked over the wares with us and was delighted to see we bought high quality parts. (He isn't the first garage to fear people coming in with TEMU/Alibaba. Beware, consumers!) We both confirmed that the parts were in pristine condition and matched all stick fitment. We are ready to take our build to OEM PLUS mode. The ADRO front bumper was made out of Polypropylene and Tint Pros painted it Piano Black so that it can be more easily wrapped like the rest of the car. We had decided on EVOLV's Gloss SuperCandy Fire Red Vinyl for the wrap. This is a higher end wrap with technology that allows better application (which matters in the long run) along with a deep, metal fleck-like red that gives the impression of a 6-stage paint process. Time to completion once everything was together was 2 weeks. This included the spray PPF on the carbon fiber parts (paint protection spray), front grille install, yellow racing DRL lights, smoking the front headlights & rear taillights, wheel spacers, decal install, CF mirror caps, PPF to the front of the car and to the top carbon fiber roof, AND (lastly) ceramic coating the entire car. (Dang near bullet-proof.) For the cost versus the work requested, Tint Pros was the most reasonable and (in February 2026) they were holding a 4.9 stars with hundreds of reviews. Alex did a great job communicating progress, through call & text, progress pictures & video, and relaying any complications. We are wholly satisfied with the work and the 5-star project car completion from this team. Now onto wrapping my Lightning...!

That accusation is extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I brought my vehicle to your shop expecting quality work and respectful customer service, especially considering your pricing was the highest quote I received. I chose your company because of how confidently and professionally you presented your product and installation process. I waited at your shop for over two hours because I care about my vehicle and am very particular with how it is treated. Because of that, I also took before and after photos of my vehicle. The morning pictures were taken before bringing my vehicle to your shop, and the night pictures were taken afterward. The photos clearly show the condition of the dashboard before arriving and the condition after the work was completed. Pictures do not lie. Instead of acknowledging my concerns professionally, your response shifted toward accusing me of having bad intentions from the beginning. That is unfair, disrespectful, and not how a reputable business should treat its customers. If my goal was to "take advantage" of your company, I would not have documented the condition of my vehicle beforehand. At this point, I am simply presenting the evidence I have and allowing others to make their own judgment based on the photos, timeline, and the responses provided by both yourself and the company. The Yelp community and future customers can decide for themselves whether this situation was handled professionally and fairly. This entire situation has been an unnecessary inconvenience, and honestly, I regret not taking my vehicle to another tint shop.

Took my 2026 brand new Nissan Sentra to get the windows tinted. Got an appointment set picked it up…read morethe same day about 2-3 hrs later. I inspected the vehicle before I left. There were several issues with the window tint, seemed like the job was rushed that day. There was a lot of lint, gooey stuff and air bubbles trapped in the middle of the windows. Also scratches on the tint itself. I was told they were going on vacation and to bring the car back in about a week or two when they get back from vacation and they would fix it. Which I thought was unacceptable. I paid $500 for the vortex tint, which helps keep heat out of the car and keep your car cooler on the inside during the summer. So it was a pretty good chunk of money. I expected good quality service. I proceeded to wait about another week and a half before they came back from vacation. I spoke with the owner Tony, He did in fact guarantee that he was going to fix my problem and work on my car himself. I set another appointment date for him to fix my tint, I got my car back a few hours later and there were still bubbles trapped in the window a scratch on the windows tint. Drove it home and realized how many defects were on the windows. It was a little bit better than the first tint job they did, but it was still not what I expected for the amount that I paid. I also noticed a deep scratch that took off paint on my car on the inner part of the back passenger door, which of course they denied doing (mind you this car was less than two weeks old when I drove it off the lot brand new, so it definitely didn't have not one scratch on this car). definitely would not recommend taking your car to them. I had tint hanging off the window. I asked for them to just remove all of the tint and give my money back because I was very unsatisfied with the job as they were given 2 opportunities to fix my problems and they refused refunds. They also told me that apparently my expectations are too high and I should just settle for the job because that's acceptable work. They told me, "of course if you look too hard, you're going to find something, no tint job is perfect." I wasn't looking for a perfect excellent tint job. I was looking for a decent professional, minimally flawed job to be done for the amount that I paid, but I'll let the picture speak for themselves and you can decide if you want to take your car there and have them work on it how they worked on mine. This is my opinion. This is my experience and this is my results. I'm sure the owner is gonna come on here and try to discredit what I'm saying but the proof is in the pictures. I requested a refund, he denied it. I told him about the scratch. He denied it. I was definitely dismissed and told that my expectations were too high. I would never recommend this place to anybody. I may have a lifetime warranty, but I would rather take my car to another place to get another tint job if something ever happened to this tint, then go back to them ever again.
