Got my wife's 2017 Honda Accord Sport done today. Only did the regular tint on the back windows and rear window. Went as dark as they offered. Very impressed. Only took about an hour from the time I dropped it off until I was called saying it was finished. Customer service was AMAZING. They discussed and showed me the difference between regular and ceramic. Holy smokes..who would have known that even existed. I will get ceramic on the fronts later down the road but for now, the work was top notch. Very informative, very kind, very professional and left there a customer for life. All people want is a good product and a great experience. I got a GREAT product and a GREAT experience. Thank you very much. Would give this window shop ZERO stars if Yelp allowed you too. Brought our car to have the all the windows tinted. A few of the windows had some dust particles under the tint and is noticeable. Brought car back and they said they would replace it. When we brought it in the man was being defensive and saying that we were being difficult and causing him problems. I am not sure where that was coming from with him, we were just dropping off car to get the tint replaced. He was rude and talking disrespectfully to us and we decided to leave because he did not seem to want to "deal" with us and kept saying there could be electrical issues if he re-did the tint. And we just did no feel comfortable that he would not somehow cause electrical issues on our new car, even though we were being cordial. I am absolute shocked on the attitude and customer service we received. Never had such a horrible experience in my life. Find somewhere else to go, this place is the worst. read more

Went in today to speak with someone about a small tint job. The angry maskless dude behind the counter said "I can't hear you because you have a mask on" O rly? I'm 6ft away from him, also happen to be 6'3" and 245lbs with a deep, projecting voice. I'm also from NY, lived near NYC my entire life. He definitely heard me, he was just being a dick to me because I had a mask on. The large amount of American flag regalia was also a dead giveaway that this place does not believe in science, your health, or customer service. There are PLENTY of other tint shops around. Had my windows tinted there a few years back and they told me lifetime warranty on their work and tint well that was a lie my back window is bubbling and distorted when looking through rear view mirror I stopped in to have it repaired and the guy said well who's lifetime I said what he said , your lifetime the cars or the tint and said I guess the tint died so lifetime over I said really. Then said I will put new tint but you need to pay for his labor I said how much he said around 300 I said for 1 window and he said nothing. I bought a 2017 New F-150 and decided to add a light tint to the front window. My employer had an account set you with Pro Tint so I had them do the work. They charged me for ceramic tint but used a cheap film that had a blur form an angle. They used solar guard ultra performance which has many complaints from customer online about the same issue. A sample is below. I contacted the owner "Glen" about my concerns and he tried every trick in the book from asking me to "give it some time to dry", which I did, "to it's a recall from Ford glass"... Sure. After months of giving me the run-around, I had to pay him to remove cheap blurry tint he used. He was mad and aggressive towards me the whole time. This place is way too expensive for the cheap material they use. May advice is to skip this shop and look for a place the cares about customer service. I was pretty impressed with these guys. I purchased a deal through Cascade and they hooked me up with this shop. I wasn't sure of what to expect and was thinking seedy place where lots of guys hung out? The waiting room I big and comfortable, definitely masculine but nice. The guys who own the shop were nice and professional. I was only getting my windshield replaced but the gentleman that did it was courteous, fast, didn't try to overbook himself so I was in and out in a couple hours. I did get to overhear the tint side and the owner was a cool guy, straight shooter, and tells you how it is. I was impressed, I will be back if I want my windows tinted. I do want to say if you are looking for CHEAP (low cost / low quality) this isn't your place but if you are looking for multiple levels of quality product then come here and it seemed like it was reasonable pricing. read more

I am writing this review over a year after getting my windows tinted. I really wanted to wait and see how the tint held up. It looks as good today as the day it was done. I love it. I will admit the guy who did it was knowledgeable but not really friendly. We explained we were shopping around and I felt like he kinda gave us attitude, like he didn't need our business. I stopped at this location to get an estimate I believe it was the owner who gave us information about our tints and the pricing and so on he had a great service very nice and informed us about different kinds of tints that they offered. The service was great the price was pricey the cars he was working on look great. So I decided to bring my car in to get the windows tinted. He told me to come back in about 3 hours from the time that I went in. When I arrive to drop off my vehicle it's around 1 pm there was a different guy there he was very moody, rude and had the worst customer service ever. He told us that he cannot work on our vehicle right away because it was too hot so the vehicle will be ready at 4 o'clock. The owner said it would take about 30 minutes to get to windows done. After he mentioned to me that my vehicle would be ready at 4 o'clock I had 4 hours to do errands. I received a call Less then an hour he called that the car was ready, I told him I was in the middle of something and I couldn't go in right away! He said he couldn't wait that I had to go pick it up right away, because it was too hot and he was going to close. Like really! The shop says it closes at 4 not whenever your hot. When I arrive the place was very fresh I mention to him it's not even hot in here and he looked at me and said well it's hot for me OK! Like wow! Chill. Ps. I have bubbles on the tints but I have to wait 30 days according to him. Let's see what happens in 30 days. read more

I got my whole car tinted here recently (windshield, front roll-ups, and back half). It's a nice small business that takes good care of your car and they gave me a nice pre-summer discount. Tinting takes about 3 hrs so make sure you have someone that can give you a ride while the car is being serviced. There were some bubbles in the tint initially, but the sun dried them out after a day and it is a nice smooth finish now. Just FYI, the primary reason for tinting your windows is to keep out the UV, not the heat. Even if the tint blocks out 40% of the heat, your car will be hot after it's been left for 30 minutes in the summer sun. The tint does not eliminate heat, but it does make the sun more bearable. Your AC doesn't have to work as hard to keep the car cool and your left arm will not be more tanned than your right arm even though it's closer to the window. It costs around $600 to tint the whole car which is pricey, but in my opinion it's worth it especially if you have infants/toddlers sitting in the back. (Also, did I mention we got a discount because we asked nicely :D ?) Pro Tint also gives a discount for paying cash (~$40) instead of credit card. They do not accept check. read more

Let me first by saying that I typically do not post negative reviews but this one set me off. I had my brand new 2016 Charger Scat Pack get all of the windows tinted and sure enough all windows on the side had either debris or bubbles. When I took it back in rather then owning up to it and fixing it the bigger guy started making excuses. He said well the weather has been bad and I said it's been 6 weeks should of had plenty of time. He then said with you car there is "fur" around the windows and that got on the tint and that tint is not flawless it even says that at the bottom of your receipt. When I finally got some of the bubbles out there was no apology or walk around time ensure it looked good. Unbelievable customer service and lack of ownership as far as the work done. I may have to go back since it is under warranty but may just go somewhere else to save the headache. read more

He laid down some heavy tint on our office windows and now our air doesn't have to run all day to keep the office cool. Owner was really nice humble man. However the guy that does the tint was a bit excuse my language but an ass. I got my windows tinted in March of this year Still had bubbles and part of the tint not even on the window called and set up an appointment to have it fixed. It was fixed today under warranty however on one of the little windows in the back seat passenger side isn't even fully covered with the tint and now i have no warranty for it anymore as the tint guy said it was used up when he just replaced the tint I feel like he was mad about having to redo my car windows there is little cuts on the tint on multiple windows I'm not worried about the bubbles as it's fresh tint and they will subside however I now have a scratched window on the outside from a blade that was not there when I dropped the vehicle off this morning I did have a little dog hair in the car as it is a family car he even notified me about it however none of it is on the tint so that's not the case at all. If it was done right the first time there would have been no need to redo it a second time and it looks worse than the first time it was done I'm really sad about it because I gaurantee if it was their personal vehicle or a dealership vehicle that they claim to do all the time they would not be satisfied. read more

I had my vehicle tinted July of 2013. I was happy with the results; however, the tint did not last. I was not concerned because I knew they would take care of me and that it had a life-time warranty for defective tint. When calling the establishment, the receptionists stated there would be a charge to remove defective tint and I would have to purchase new tint. I was very dissatisfied with how they handle business. Why? According to Pro-Tint, the consumer is responsible for saving the original receipt. The business states, they do not save invoices, duplicates of transactions. This was upsetting to hear. I then tried to brainstorm a way to get it replaced. I asked, What if I find the charge on my account? And, bring in the bank statement in to your establishment? They said no, we must have the original receipt. Unfortunately, they lost my business in the future. Hopefully, by posting this review, the business will consider saving transactions and saving future clients. read more
