He was very easy to deal with & we felt no pressure at all. We didn't need to provide full payment until we were satisfied with the last session. Cheryl was my daughter's instructor and was excellent. Very professional and she gave her a lot of guidance and wisdom along the way about driving. We offered to reschedule or take a refund and have not heard anything back in a month. This side, I would rate a 1 star.
