Security is minimal, and communication became a real issue at move-out. I provided proper notice, cleaned out both units (with photo proof as requested), and was told I'd receive my deposits once verified. After multiple follow-ups, I only received half the refund. When I tried to reach out for the remaining $40, I was ignored, blocked, and later accused of trying to "scam" them. I even spoke with the same individual by phone who admitted they'd send a check, which never arrived. For a business that advertises itself as veteran owned, this experience was disappointing. Transparency and accountability should come standard. Hopefully this helps others go in with eyes open. For anyone else like me, who PCS'd and saw this storage unit as conveniently located to the base, it's not worth the hassle at the end.

Fortunately they took off my late charge. Also want to note that they mentioned floor may sweat if you want to put plastic down. We opted not to and floor was wet most of May. Owner said it was an unusual year. I wish they would do partial rent. We closed on a new house and I tried to pay for just a week but they said no. I thought this was interesting when GF was saying college students couldn't find any storage.

This company has had the couch for 4 days and today (1 hour before they were supposed to arrive) they called to let me know they are going to be 4 days late, and now it won't be delivered until Monday (which means instead of taking 1 day off of work I have to take 2 days off of work). I will never use this company again. The lady on the phone said the reason they would be late is because they "just got it", though I see they got it on Monday, and it has been 4 days, so not only are they waiting until the last minute to change the delivery time but they are also flat out lying. Someone dropped the ball, and no one is apologetic for it.
