Not happy at all... DO NOT HIRE. Adam does not know how to fix gates, he will just tell you it is broken 100% of the time, then sub contract another company to put a new motor. They install the cheapest motors, at premium prices. For me, he even ended up taking the controls to it. When I asked him to bring me the remotes back, he said he would do so, only if I write a good review. I wish I would have never hired. The reason theres so many good reviews, it that once he gets you in a bad spot, he tells you he will fix if "for free" if you give a good review. Spoke to 5 star they were suppose to come to my house yesterday. The man called to cxl at 6 pm to say he was running late and would need to reschedule to today. Today got here and I called the gentleman again said oh the service man never went ill call u back. Never did . I called three times the man never answered Not the kind of company I want to do business with. I suggest no one to 5 star. Lack of customer service. Waste of time The gentleman called back today to apologize and to say his technician had an accident. This a not a place that I would choose to do business with. I received a really fast response to set up a time to meet and discuss my needs. Since he was the first to call after I made my service request, I gave him the first opportunity to present himself and his business to me. However, 15 minutes after he was supposed to arrive, I texted to find out what time he would be coming. I was told that they were running late, but they would definitely be there that night...That was the last I heard from him until the next morning when I received a text saying, "my family surprise me they come from Israel." Awesome Work! Everything was done as promised. We had issues with an older gate, fence and opener and made the decision to replace it all. It is a nightmare and I had to deal with a fraudulent Company and is pending filing a claim with a Consumer Department of Florida When I call the company they give one price and send a person with a personal car , and came wit a perdonal car and increasing the price and because was a needed repair I agreed , with 3 years warranty , after3 weeks was broken and when call the company ,with the same number, they don't recognize the serviced rendered and want to charge another $180 , the guy that came is in different pictures of the company , in my opinion they have 5 star because yelp guidelines.I have proof of everything. read more

Do not use this company!!! We called on Saturday for someone to come out and repair the weather stripping on the garage. They said they would come out between 1-3 but then called to say they would have to move it to 6-8. They called back at 6:30 to say they couldn't come and would come Sunday between 10-1. Well, they called again and said they couldn't make it and needed to come between 6-8. They later called at 7pm to cancel our service call before pledging to come out Monday at 8am. They arrived Monday morning and disengaged the garage motor function along the tract and recommended a number of other services, which we declined. As a parting gift, the technician refused to replace the weather stripping around the garage and failed to re-engage the auto raise function. Further, the tech said he'd only return if we pledged to authorize the additional services and now my 71 yr-old mother can't access the garage with her remote. Not sure if it's company policy to leave seniors without access to their garages to force sales upon vulnerable women, but if so, it sounds like a lousy business model. 5 Star turned out to be quite a misnomer. read more

I do not recommend them. The 1st time they came, I thought they fixed the problem but the next day my garage door was not good. (BTW: The price was so expensive, be careful people!!!) I waited a few days, but my garage door broke again. I called them, and they made an appointment for the next day between 9am - 11am. I sent my address by text and asked them to confirmed, and they did. The next day, at 10am, I texted asking if they were coming. I did not hear from them and at 12pm I started to call the numbers that I had. The cell phone was "Out of Service" and the office number, I was getting the Voice Message. After almost 1h, someone from the office called me and said, the guy that was suppose to come was not working that day and he disconnect his phone and they will send me another guy between 1pm - 3pm. The other guy arrived at 2:40pm and confirmed that the 1st guy (who came few days early) did not do a perfect job, this is the reason my garage door broke down again. At the end, he asked how much I was supposed to pay him, and I said nothing, because the guy from the office said he will fix it for free.
