I'm so frustrated I get y'all are just doing your job but to blatantly accuse someone. Of stealing and then continuing to talk crap from behind the counter is not okay I went in cause my mom got me a fountain drink but when she brought it back the drink didn't taste right so I went back in a few hours later to see if I could get a refill they said no cause most of the drink was gone okay that's fine so went back to the fountain drink station filled a little bit of the cup with coke to check and see if it was good (it wasn't) so I dumped it out and tried Dr.pepper next also didn't taste right so I just dumped the cup through it away and went to grab a coke bottle and dr.pepper bottle instead as I'm checking out at self checkout the manager asked if I refilled a cup she was polite and I appreciate it I explained no I tried the drink to see if it was good and it wasn't so I dumped it and threw it away where as this other manager is going on behind the counter to her saying I did in fact drink a bunch of it, frankly I dumped a bunch out yes but I didn't drink much thanks, at this point y'all need to start checking your cameras before accusing people of things the polite manager did pay for a refill for me because the other manager was insisting I drank a bunch but realistically it takes a little common sense to think if I was trying to steal a fountain drink I wouldn't of been buying a bottle that cost more than the fountain drink overall how that manager acted was by far not okay on any level you don't talk to people like that and you don't blatantly continue to accuse them of stealing when they are standing right there prayers her days are better so she doesn't accuse some other person of something in the future read more

So, I usually go to the fivestar on Denmark Dr. in Danville and after going to the newer location on Summit this morning...Denmark fivestar is the ONLY location in Danville I'll be going back to!! I went to self checkout and for some reason the screen only tapped when I hit cup of ice (I did have a cup of ice) and Two refills. The "manager" Chelsea Criswell approached me deleted the refill and said you need to add three drinks! Very snarky, very rude like I was stealing or had done it on purpose smh ‍ I went ahead because I wasn't about argue with her over an extra drink! She then proceeded to get hateful when I asked for cigarettes, thought she had scanned them in and tried to swipe car she literally watched and then messed the transaction up by scanning in the cigarettes!! When asked if she was the manager she said yes, I said may I have the GM's contact info then. She refused to give it to me! Rude for absolutely no apparent reason, I don't have to steal! Needless to say I'll never go back! The poor older lady looked at me like she was scared to death! I mean where do you all find these people to be in management?!?! Just throw the whole summit location away! Need friendlier staff who are welcoming not negative navy with an attitude!!! Do better, or do NOT BE IN MANAGEMENT read more

I stopped at Fivestar in Danville KY on 3-26-2019 and was using the lottery machine. I attempted to purchase a $30 ticket and it got stuck in the machine so the clerk on shift took my name and number and told me to come back tomorrow and the General Manager would help me. After speaking with the General manager with a grin on his face, he told me that there was nothing that he could do and that he was unable to check the machine for the ticket that got stuck or refund me my money. After asking if he was serious he said "I know I have a grin on my face but I'm 100% serious, my job is more important than your ticket, you must call the lottery if you want a refund!" I do not recommend this place and will not spend another dime here. read more
