I decided to email using the general email on their website. With no response I followed up basically calling them fake and saying all they wanted to do was save face. After that, I got a pretty lengthy email from. The office manager not even the owner basically pointing the finger at me. BEWARE this company could care less about you. Our home was effected by the Feb snow storm. I posted on Facebook about trying to find available contractors and someone from this company reached out to me. I called set up and appt which they showed up late for. Took awhile for their contractors to get the quotes ect. I was told that they would work with insurance because I have never had to deal with something of this magnitude. Yeah they wouldn't even call them. So when they gave me the quotes and I submitted them and got everything approved. They apparently had a contractor that was flaky for a couple of months and wanted me to take off again to have this new contractor come out and quote it. It got to the point where they would stop answer phone calls and emails. I ended up having to spend more money on a private adjuster ect. We are still out of our home. This company has cost me so much. I would seriously recommend steering away from them. Thanks to them I gave birth to my son and had to bring him home to a hotel.. this company had me in tears.

Foster's Hardwood Servic'e came in and cleaned, buffed and applied a "poly" finish to our floors and they are beyond gorgeous now. The employees were always on time, courteous and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend Foster's Hardwood Floor Service. Makes me wish we had hired them to install the floors in the first place!
