Their organisational skills can sometimes be amiss, a couple of times we've shown up for a return appointment and they've forgotten they'd arranged for us to come in that day. This proved to be a very wise decision! Joe fielded their phone calls, requests etc and kept me apprised of everything and consulted or advised me on every course of action. The insurance company recommeded Fix it. We drove the car to the shop, even though in their report…read moreto the insurance company, these guys said the car was not drivable. ?? I received the written estimate from the insurance company & the information that it was going to be a total loss. It is an older vehicle, so although damage was not significant, they deemed it a write-off. We decided to retain the vehicle & fix it. Once the shop knew we were retaining the vehicle we received a voice message telling us the repairs would be more money than quoted as there was likely "more damage to the vehicle" that they didn't account for. I went in to discuss this matter with them. Chris, the guy I dealt with was rude, unprofessional & intimidating. He would not let the me speak, he stood from his chair, in an intimidating manner, as he yelled at me, (at one point one of the guys working in the back came out to ask what was going on) would not confirm how much more money the repairs would cost & in the end threatened to send me a bill for the estimate they did for the insurance company. When I told him I would be writing about my experience at their establishment on social media, he told me he would sue me for slander. I would not recommend this repair shop. They get a 1 because I cannot give them 0. We have taken our car elsewhere, needless to say.

They walked me through the steps in getting my car fixed, took care of dealing with my insurance and got me into a rental while they fixed mine. Car was fixed and detailed inside and out within a week of initially bringing it in. I will absolutely use this dealership/bodyshop again in the future!
