Lots of great memories with that car. It has oil consumption issue but oil is cheap. I'm currently having the PCV frozen issue fixed at the moment common issue on those engine. those cars can go over 400 000 km if maintained. if you ask me. I'll definitely buy another GM product

I bought a new Chevy Trailblazer from them less than a year ago (May 3rd 2024) and had miserable service. Between this dealership and another as well as GM itself, I traded the car in for a new Subaru on February 14th 2025. Not only was the dealership bad news but GM itself couldn't help with a few bugs in the car. The last straw was when the car decided to shake-rattle-and- roll due to snow and ice buildup in the suspension, bakes and wheels . This happened twice in the space of two weeks. GM used to be a good company to deal with and I owned quite a few of their vehicles. I am sad to find that their quality and service has dropped so low in the past few years.

But the worst, is how the customer service is just atrocious. You have those tiny booths where you hear pretty much everyone else talk making it difficult to focus and follow. Booth with 1 chair. So I went to check something for MY car, but my boyfriend got the seat. They wanted to charge us 100$ and up for a system update, from sync 1 to sync 3. We ended up downloading the files on a usb key and following a tutorial on YouTube.
