The quality of the work was 5 stars. no ifs ands or buts. hole fixed, ceiling painted no fuss no muss no mess. It looks great. The office paperwork side was less so. it was a 2 maybe a 3. It was hard to get an estimate, e-mails sent were apparently missed, the office staff was disorganized- and I'm being polite. it was disorganized to the point I felt like they didn't want my business. and setting a date for the work was only marginally less stressful than Noah booking seats on the ark. When the workmen showed up, they had no work order, I got no receipt or anything at all, and they barely spoke English leading to a few misunderstandings. So the work was absolutely first rate but my God, it was a challenge getting it going.

I have no issue with the painters - the room looked fantastic when done. However, the Left Moon Painting computer website and office need some improvement. I requested an 11x12 bedroom to be patched, wall repair, primed and painted the room. I expected this to include the window frames and the door frames around the closet and entrance doors. The website only gave options that said "closet" and "doors". I didn't want the inside of the closet done and I didn't need the doors painted. Painters showed up, did a great job but when we inspected the room at the end, the window frames or door frames were not done....just the baseboards. Now who paints the walls, ceiling and baseboards and NOT the window frames and door frames? Anyway, I called the office and was told it wasn't part of the original quote and that would be add'l money. After some discussion, the person said he would send someone back out and they would put 1 coat on the window and door frames at no charge. This was done. My recommendation to Left Moon Painting have a Project Manager call the customer to review the online quote to make sure it includes what Left Moon Painting will offer and what the customer wants.
