When Cleaning Service LLC came, they didn't say the job was a restoration- they said it was deep cleaning, didn't complain once and went straight to work. They worked hard 2 people for 11-12hrs and got my house sparkling clean in the formal living room, formal dining room, laundry area, downstairs bathroom, hallway to garage, kitchen, family room, upstairs master bathroom. Their attention to detail was amazing. They deep hand cleaned wall, wainscot, baseboards, window panes, window sills, floor, light switch plates, faucets, sinks, shower, grout, if it's part of the room, it was cleaned. The job ultimately took the entire day, from 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Toward the end, David mentioned that his vacuum was already packed away and declined to retrieve it, which left certain areas less thorough than expected. While the overall result was acceptable, the work would likely have been completed more efficiently and with greater attention to detail if additional help had been provided. The pricing was reasonable and on the lower end compared to competitors. That said, I would have preferred paying a bit more for a team-based approach that could have completed the job in fewer hours with a higher level of efficiency. Additionally, I noticed that David posted a review on Yelp stating I was satisfied, which I found misleading. When I discussed this with David he said you signed an agreement to allow me to take photos and give reviews when you signed your initial contract. I found this a little shady. Reviews should be written by the customers themselves, not the service provider. Overall, I would rate the service as average, around 3 to 4 stars.

Our neighbor recommended Lapp Contractors from New Holland, PA, as they had such a positive experience with them. We had our house roof and detached garage roof with workshop replaced with shingles. We also had the metal roof replaced on a large 100-year-old storage shed. All roofs look amazing! Lapp Contractors is not a large company, it is two young men, Aaron and Matt. We were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and work ethic. They are hard-working perfectionists. They are very pleasant, personable young men, willing to listen to your questions or concerns. They cleaned up after themselves every day before they left, making sure nothing was left behind. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of roofing completed. read more

I have had several Co. Look at our roof with quotes. I went with Mr. Lapp because he apparently cared about Me and my home! I wasn't disappointed! He did and excellent job on our roof! Kept the property clean. His integrity is hard to find in young men! And I couldn't find it in the older established roofing business! I have been in the service business for 23 years!
