I contacted the business and left a voicemail requesting assistance with assembling my exercise bike. The owner returned my call about 20 minutes later and asked for the details about the request. Per his instructions, I texted a photo of the equipment and the equipment name within 13 minutes. He then asked for my ZIP Code, which I provided right away. However, after sending the information, I did not receive any response until I reached out by text an hour later, asking for the price. He replied with a good rate, but after that all communication stopped. I attempted to call again and had to leave another voicemail, and this time my call was never returned. This inconsistency is extremely frustrating. If a business advertises availability and directs customers to voicemail, but then does not follow through or respond, it raises the question: Why have a business if you do not respond to customers? read more

Freddy and his team have been there for me time after time! They get the jobs done quick and with pleasant service. I have had his help fixing some odd jobs during a rent ready for a rental unit. They finished the laundry list of tasks in under 6 hours and with quality workmanship. This one service call they replaced a sink faucet, installed a new microwave, touched up the floorboards with paint, repaired a door jam, balanced two doors, and fixed a towel rack. The door repair was my main concern and you can see from from the pictures that they had this old house looking refreshed in no time! Fix-It-Freddy was at the top of the list with great reviews. Mr Freddy responded super quick to my questions and asked for more pic and details to get a better idea of the scope of the projects. I appreciate his attention to detail and the mentioned military discount. He even forewarned me it would probably take 2 weeks to get around to these odds and ends. So now we will wait for his quote and then probably take the next available appointment for him to come out and reframe a shed door and repair some drywall. I have hired Fix It Freddy twice already! They do great work and are so kind. I wanted some Light bulbs replaced and bought the wrong bulbs because I didn't realize they were motion sensored and they went and bought the correct ones for me so that the job was done the same day. They also installed some weather strips all around my door and redid part of the door frame so it would fit perfectly. They installed latch plates. They took out my old tile floor and are laying down new flooring in my kitchen. They even offered to pick up the tile for me. They were very careful and made sure to take safety measures so that my original hard wood floor wouldn't be damaged when they had to move my fridge. They also stacked my washer and dryer.
