I had my cracked screen replaced here. I paid for the over $400 equivalent of the original. Having said that, the repair was quick and effortless. It was a very smooth process. But...the screen came loose from the casing about 2 weeks later. I went back to Fix My Phone and within 30 minutes that fixed the screen and gave me a new tempered-glass screen protector FREE OF CHARGE. Now as you are thinking...you're damn right it better have been free of charge...but not every business holds true to the "life time warranty" of their products. But Fix My Phone did hold to their word and it meant more that they fixed their mistake than the fact they had made a mistake. Definitely going back if the situation calls for it. Logan was extremely helpful and courteous. We had anticipated not having it fixed until the next day in the afternoon sometime because he was by himself with no help. He was extremely professional and sweet and busted his butt to accommodate my daughter's ADHD/Autism issues and her not 'understanding' fully that it could take 1-2 days to have everything working correctly, etc. I have been recommending this place any chance I get to whomever I run across and those that would need expedited service and care. Cracked the screen on my iPhone 6S Plus. Called numerous places I found on the internet. Choose this one bc they could fix it in abt 20 min. (Unlike other places I called that said it would take them 45 min to complete the replacement of the screen). I stopped in about 6:00 pm. on a Thursday. 20 min, or less later, I had my phone back, nicely repaired. Fast, friendly & honest service. They were not able to fix my phone that had been put through the washing machine. They were however upfront and honest about this through the entire process. They only charged the $25 initial fee and cleaned it 5 times. Unfortunately the motherboard was fried. In addition, they offered sage advice as to what I could do to get another phone at the most affordable price. I shied away from the Otterbox I previously owned due to the price and the fact that mine had cracked from a couple of years of wear and tear. I went to fix my phone with the intention of spending $100 to fix my iPhone port but Ethan said it might just need to be cleaned which saved me $30. Most places would just change the part cause i didn't know any better and charged or they might have just cleaned and charged me for the part.
