The big guys either didn't want to mess with the problem or immediately pointed the finger at the wastewater company and said that I'd probably have to dig up my sewer line since my property was older. The technician came out and cleaned out 4 large bunches of tree roots and the water immediately started draining. I had a plumber out to clean it out and after an hour of working gave up and said I would need to have the P-trap jackhammered out of the concrete and would have to to get to it a wall removed and the furnace moved. I found AAA Ace Drain Cleaning online with great reviews. He came out three hours later. It was quite a struggle because there was mortar that had been dumped in the drain and clogged the P-trap. After a couple of hours he was able to bore through the mortar and open the drain. I also had AAA Ace scope the pipes to assure I would not have problems in the future.
