Found out the hard way the reason they are cheaper to replace the broken glass on phones is because they use cheap glass that broke again in 2 days. $380 down the drain, TWICE!! The 2nd replacement glass broke in 4 days even with me being EXTREMELY careful with it. I can't afford to do it again for a 3rd time! I had to pay to get the glass replaced again TWICE so it would have been far less expensive to get the apple quality glass the first time & I would have had I known that. I didn't find that out until the 2nd time I had it replaced (they don't guarantee/warranty this!) & that broke in 4 days! I'm not hard on my phone at all so it's ridiculous that this is their scam! They also said my phone antenna was bad & replaced that. Now since they "fixed" that, it barely works unless I'm hooked up to wifi. It gets stuck & wont advance to the next screen. Since I'm on the road a lot this is VERY difficult to deal with! AND the battery now doesn't hold a charge for longer than 2 hours! This wasn't an issue until they fixed the glass! Went there on a Saturday and gave the Iranian owner named Majdi my Iphone to fix a cracked screen. End up paying $95 for the "mid" quality screen after he tried to hustle me into paying more. When I went to pick it the phone, he says he put in a screen but the new screen was also SHATTERED but will get a new one on Monday...he says to pay him now (I know, dumb move). After giving me the runaround for days, I go down thurs and he tells me to make an appointment for Friday at 3:30. On Fri at 3:35 he texts me that my appointment is rescheduled for 5:30. I text him that Im done with him giving me the runaround and want a refund in which he says fine. When I drive all the way down there to get a refund, he's all pissed off saying he had a bad day and tells me hes not refunding me unless he gets the shattered screen back. I refused to let this shady MF touch my phone again. I offer to bring the screen back after I get it fixed elsewhere but nope he's not doing it. Store was about to close and was kind enough to get her Ipad fixed - Also as we left the store they immediately called us back .
