My HTC "bricked" on my holiday. I was using it to take all my pictures. When I got home, I ran straight to the phone clinic. Ali told me that he would charge me a fee of $55.00 if he could recover any of the data. He said he would call me in a day or so, but he did not call at all. I called him after 3 days. Unfortunately, he could not recover anything, so there was no charge. The next day, I bought a used phone on Kijiji and took it to this phone clinic to get unblocked. Ali said he could do it in about 2 days. After 3 days, he called to say it was ready. He made sure my phone was working properly before I left. He sold me a case for the phone for $10.00. There is light, but steady traffic here. Easy strip mall location. Free parking. read more

I went to get my cracked screen replaced. Unfortunately the cost of my android was more expensive than an iPhone. I was told the cost. No pressure to get new screen. I would definitely go back. I have recommended some of my iPhone friends here for screen repairs. read more

Phone Clinic at 10050 82 Avenue made my day today :-) I had 7 important photos in an old Blackberry Curve from almost 2 years ago that I was unable to transfer, e-mail, text out or even print, having seen at least 3 other Phone Repair stores technicians. Thank you Dev Atodariya for helping me transfer them out to my e-mail in just a few minutes. This is the best Phone Clinic I have ever visited. Its estimates for repair are reasonable. Man, Ali you are the best. From now on if I ever have a problem with my or my wife's phone I'm coming to you! I told him that I think my charging port needs to be replaced and he was like "what do you do for work" implying that there was a lot of crud in the port. He spent 30 seconds cleaning it out, fixed it and sent me on my way. I insisted I leave a tip and he would not take my money. Wow! Thank you, I'm telling everyone. read more

Technically incompetent, poor service ethics. As in another review has no concern for your time. After four trips to the phone clinic. Also brings down his website to remove poor reviews. Provides no warranty on poor workmanship or faulty parts. Inflates repair times: told me my type of phone took two hours for screen replacement, research shows it takes twenty minutes. Update: provided phone with screen broken, due to flexing of the screen before or during installation. said he was not responsible for physical damage after installation when I showed him. gave a review and he phoned to disagree but after arguing on several points, keeping me on the phone for a good part of an hour. He agreed the review was accurate and honest. Ali asked me to return to the store so he could have another look. He said he would call in a day or two with a resolution. No call since and no response when I try to connect. read more

I emailed Dev about my screen problem for my 6-year-old Nexus 4 although others had told me my phone was too old to be fixed and I should buy a new one. Dev promptly replied that he could fix it. I went to his store and he fixed it while I waited only 15 minutes. Also explained to me what the problem had been and showed me the old screen components. Professional, highly experienced, friendly service at a great cost! I'd definitely recommend him to others. And if I do have a problem with my Nexus in another 6 years, I'll definitely go see Dev! read more

Dev is a honest and reliable technician. I stopped by to get the screen and back cover replaced on my iphone with new parts that I purchased on ebay. Dev did the replacement for a reasonable price and within short time period. I had some problems with my wifi connection after the part switch. I contacted Dev once more and he was able to fix this issue with a small part swap free of charge. I certainly recommend having your phone fix here. Thanks. read more
