First thing first - my kitchen looks great, even better than I could have expected. The new floors, counter tops, cabinets and lights are all beautiful! I found the guys at Centerline to be great in the communication department. JB quickly responded to all my texts and emails and did everything he could to remedy the minor issues and items we requested towards the end. All in a very timely manner. They were even happy to make some mid-project modifications that I requested. I agree to do your research, get quotes and ask lots of questions. But these guys were wonderful to work with and they made the process so easy on us. From bringing samples to our house (so we didn't have to drive somewhere and pick them out ourselves) to painting suggestions. I also appreciated how clean they kept everything during the process. Would definitely use them again and not hesitate to recommend to family and friends!

They stick to their estimated time frame, and while the final cost was a little more than what was quoted, it's because I changed up a few things mid construction, and they were happy to accommodate. Good communication, good clean up and an overall very well done. We had one minor issue pop up post construction and they came back out to address it. I highly recommend them, I'll be bringing them out later this year for a bathroom remodel.

I recently had GeRoy Construction do some wood repair work on the fascia board of my house. I…read moreinitially thought the entire board would need to be replaced, but Joe and Rex determined that the wood rot wasn't as prevalent as I had thought, and they recommended repairing, sealing, and giving the wood a good thick paint cover (a considerably less expensive job!). I really appreciated their honesty and found their pricing to be very comparable. They were speedy, very friendly, and cleaned up so that I never knew they were there - except of course for my clean new fascia board. Additionally, I am a real estate agent and have hired GeRoy Construction to handle several handy-man type projects for my clients (again - very thorough, honest, and price competitive.) Have also recommended them to clients/friends to handle bigger remodel projects. Have heard nothing but good things!

We have a special membrane roof deck on our home - a widow's walk - that was in desperate need of…read morehelp. We found evidence of water leaks all over the ceiling inside our home, and the most likely culprit was this deck. There are not too many places that work on residential membrane roof/decks. We had another company come out - they did a complete tear out of not only the roof, but the plywood sheathing, portions of the siding and other roofing around this deck. When they had put it all back together, with what they said was the correct membrane material, I was in tears. The membrane was installed wrong side up, with the printed codes and stamps showing. The material used was slicker than snot - one good rain and I would have slipped off the roof. The flashing around the edge had all been re-used, with cuts and holes all over the place, so there was not a good edge for water to run to the gutter. And the deck railing was re-installed all wacky - off kilter. Sam came over - and literally found over 20 things wrong with what the prior "professionals" had left on my roof. Sam's team pulled the incorrect materials off, secured and sanded the subflooring properly, making sure the correct slope was present to allow water to flow off the roof, instead of pooling above the living room, and used the right membrane!!! Also, the deck railings were properly footed (so water did not penetrate around the deck struts), and they were square! I love my widow's walk deck now - able to enjoy it now, with no worries of water coming into the home, or running behind the siding. No worries about the membrane being thin, getting holes, or slipping on it. No more squeaks and creaks, and no more puddles! Thank you, Sam!!!!!!

And was careful to protect and safe things that were to be reused. He is meticulous and accurate with measurements and cutting products. And always left the site as clean and usable each day as possible. We love the results.

We worked with J&M on a bathroom remodel. Bathroom is 5x6 feet and quote was for 6 weeks work and…read more50k. We ended project at 18 weeks and 60k. During our project, the sub-contractors damaged the wall while installing our toilet by drilling through the wall and failing to hook up the toilet correctly so that water was pouring straight into our basement. The sub-contractor did pay for these damages. We had no supply chain issues with our project as we had purchased all the materials ourselves before hand. Our primary issues with working with J&M was that due to the amount of projects they had going on, it felt that unless we were actively saying we were unhappy with progress and calling J&M frequently, there would only be work at our home 1 or 2 days a week. When asking for estimates for components J&M were unable to provide accurate estimates. For example, it was estimated that tiling our shower would take 1 week with 2 people due to the complex design. It ended up taking 3 weeks. This is our only bathroom, so we lived with my parents for several weeks, but I would hesitate to recommend J&M to anyone who doesn't have a flexible timeline. In addition, J&M failed to notify of us of change orders that resulted in an increase of price. These were supposed to be agreed upon mutually before the work was completed, but instead J&M released them after the work was done and were forced to eat the cost. J&M did not provide any options to mitigate this cost even though this was in direct breach of our contract. Ultimately, we are reasonably happy with the final outcome of our bathroom, but extremely unhappy with path to get there. We ended up not asking for several fixes as we were so fed up with the inaccurate timelines and constantly changing estimates. Fixes include 1) bleeding paint on ceiling, 2) missed paint spot, 3) grout on window and tile, 4) miss-cut vanity counter-top, and 5) dip in floor tiling causing one spot to not drain. All in all, J&M has good general contractors, but seem extremely mismanaged in the back of office. If you do work with them, double check all billing multiple times as we found several inaccuracies. Hold J&M to prices and push back on change order process.

Tony and his crew were a pleasure to have around and you could tell they were having fun working together. We came into the project with our own ideas, and Tony, his designer and the crew worked with us every step of the way, listening to what was important to us, and suggesting and recommending options, but never in a pushy way. The final result looks identical to the design, if not better. Tony's communication was exceptional, whenever decisions had to be made, or we needed to change or replace materials, it was easy to send texts or to call each other, and we appreciated the attention to detail and level of communication. Our old bathroom felt a bit basic with its plain grey walls, standard white shower pan, and simple glass enclosure. Signature Finish completely elevated the space. Aric's team replaced the entire shower surround, upgrading the old enclosure to beautiful, glossy dark grey subway tiles, and beautifully tiled the floor with a custom light-grey herringbone pattern inside the shower. To complete the stunning new walk-in shower, they also installed a gorgeous custom glass shower door. Beyond the aesthetic upgrades, they handled all the essential utility work flawlessly. They replaced the toilet, installed modern lighting fixtures above our new vanity mirrors, and put in a new exhaust fan to improve ventilation. More importantly, they were incredibly thorough behind the scenes, repairing our leaking plumbing during the process. To tie it all together, the contractor did an excellent job with the paint. The rich, deep blue accent wall they painted behind the vanity completely changes the mood of the room and makes the new lighting and mirrors pop beautifully. When I pointed out the contradictions, the goalpost kept movingX from transportation costs, to logistics, to entirely new issues each time I asked a clarifying question. Even when I said I was willing to relocate to Washington to remove the transport concern, the conversation shifted again to septic tanks, utilities, and other barriers. I was never asked my budget, home size, or preferred style, and the overall interaction felt more like being dissuaded than welcomed as a potential customer. But I will admit Business has to be really good for this company because I've never seen a salesperson not sale.

Method was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process for 12 months. They were also very flexible in accommodating our requests without going through red-tape. The construction quality is very high. All of the detailing was done professionally. All of the electrical and plumbing components built by Method Homes worked upon installation without any issues. If you are planning on building a new home, forget building it locally and call Method now instead. You will save time, money and avoid a lot of stress. PS: Our banks was giving us hard-time issuing construction loan to other modular construction companies. However, all banks we worked with seemed to know Method very well and they were very comfortable working with them.
