They are abusive to their customers and their employees, using words like "ret*rded" and "g*y" to describe them. Their website is not secure and has been compromised in the past. Turnover is out of control and they are not taking time to correctly train or assess new staff, multiple large projects have completely failed due to this. They do not pay their employees properly nor do they pay all what is owed when an employee departs. Company leadership's expectations are completely unrealistic and not at all aligned with customer's service level agreements or their invoice rates. This organization is not listed with the BBB or even on Glassdoor and there is definitely a reason for that. If exploring as a service provider or employer: AVOID.

They said I would have to take my computer elsewhere (because it was "outdated") to have a power unit installed. I began contacting Computer repair business businesses to get pricing on installation of a new Power Unit . Within a few minutes, I received a phone call from Ray (as a result of my inquiry to his business). I told him the issue. After only briefly speaking to him on the telephone he was able to tell me that it was unlikely to be the power unit. While on the phone he gave me some instructions of what to do to my computer and, like magic, it came to life! No power unit necessary! That, alone, saved between $250 and $550 (or more). Then, he was able to tell me, via the phone, that my operating system, as well as the new operating system that I installed, we're both corrupted. Again, over the phone, he was able to successfully guide me how to take care of THAT issue. FURTHERMORE, he stayed on the phone with me and directed me how to clear my cash and get rid of things that he called useless "crumbs" scattered throughout my computer that slowed my computer down. Talk about going above and beyond!! And, voilà, as he said it would, My computer worked faster than it has in years. This man is a true fountain of Apple knowledge (and probably for Windows), repair, and upkeep. More importantly, I believe him to be the most ethical and hard-working people I've encountered in any field. I HIGHLY recommend that you contact Ray before you embark on spending money on your computer issues. I stake my reputation on it!
