Well, that is what I did, and based on customers' reviews I decided to take a chance with Pioneer Plumbing & HVAC. Well, hats off to the customers, because based on your comments, I called Pioneer Plumbing & HVAC, and left my name/number and a brief description of my concern and what needed to be done. Was called back shortly after and received SAME DAY service. He (Ryan) was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and honest! Great price too. As a senior citizen, you have to be careful of what you spend. I don't mind spending what it takes to get a problem done, but it sure can hurt if you spend and the problem is still there. But with Pioneer Plumbing & HVAC all was worth it in other words they did an excellent job beyond price!

Then we had the floor in the bath room installed and I asked Jeff when is the tub going to be in every week. He kept telling us it would be in next Thursday every time. We never received it, but we paid for it. we waited 3 months for it. then we got a tub from someone else.
