After we moved in, I found a duct completely disconnected directly above the furnace in our basement causing air to pour out in the mechanical area instead of going upstairs as needed. Norm also did not replace the thermostat wire as required, so the following summer our air conditioner would not work properly. I contacted Norm multiple times, but Vestal Heating and Plumbing did not respond to my requests to fix the issues caused by their poor and incomplete work. I will let you draw your own conclusions about honestly and integrity here. Do yourself a favor, and choose another contractor.

The woman I talked to in the office was very professional and said she would definitely send a crew to fix this. It took a couple of hours before they came, but this was actually quite fast as all of their crews were engaged on other projects. The two that came to the house were terrific. They quickly figured out the problem and commenced to replace the sump pump.
