They are very professional, very innovative, They even used Ai printing at one of our events for fun! They had the 360 camera before it became trendy at every wedding. They offer custom design graphics for your prints which is awesome. They've even rented a booth to us for a smaller intimate gathering. They have the better quality props than I've seem at so many other patties I've attended with photo booths. They always seem to be ahead of the trends, too. The issue I have had in the past - and continue to have even now post-birthday party - is she does not send the link with the photos for me to enjoy. Let me set the scene.... Six months ago, a colleague of mine who does photo booths as part of her "event planning and decor" business promised to do one for my (now) husband's and my wedding for 10/16. We discussed what kind of props, background color, when and where and all that jazz. Any time I saw her, I confirmed yet again that we were all set. And every time she'd confirm the details with me. Now, I'm a pretty trusting person in general.... Untiiiiil my coordinator told me during one of week of talks that she hadn't heard from said colleague of mine that she hadn't heard from her in three weeks. I start to panic slightly thinking that maybe she just got busy with another event or something. Nope! She ended up ghosting not only me, but my coordinator AND her best friend who is my direct coworker. Fast forward to 10/15. Still. Have. Not. Heard. From. This. Person. My wonderful hubby found Pinky through another connection I have (I work in the event rental industry, there's a lot of us lol). FROM THE START she was not only willing to help us within 24 hours of our big day, but she was kind and thorough and just over all so lovely to speak with.
