Emailed for a quote on Saturday A.M and received a call back that morning to ask what the issue was which honestly was a bit complicated due to cylinders being have to cut to match not only my keys but the Master Condo Association keys as well. Quote provided and service call scheduled for Monday A.M. Guy the owner had spoken to me. Service call arrived timely on Monday A.M and quote provided for service... Took him 3 hours plush he had to go back to office for a part as components were quite old and a bit difficult to match for what was needed. Price did exceed original quote but then again much more was asked and multiple locks moved and changed. Work was completed to my highest satisfaction. I got locked out of my home yesterday at midnight I call to a locksmith Company who service Hollywood Florida. I Called 2 locksmith companies couldn't give me an exact price over the phone, Guy from "FL Keys & Locksmith Guys" offer me a flat price to unlock the house. After messing with locks and door problems for the last year I finally gave up and looked for HELP, I called FL Keys one Thursday afternoon, and was pleasantly surprise when Moshe said he would be out in an hour. On time I told him what I wanted done he made some good suggestions, ran back to the shop and had the parts to start in 1/2 hour. The fixtures he suggested were perfect and he installed them within 35 minutes. How's that for something I've been messing with so long. My headache was gone. Hello! I had one of the greatest experiences with this company's crew in spite of locking my self out of the vehicle. I have done this more times than I care to count and usually the pricess and the process are not the best but, when I called them they were very polite and professional. Also, my financial situation was not the best at the time, while any other competitor company would have not helped me if I did not have the money they requested (everyone else's price was not below 80 dollars)... they were sympathetic of my situation and helped me anyhow with a 60% discount and were very quick to come out and unlock my vehicle with a great attitude throughout the process.
