Next he totally screwed up the measurements (the enclosure was SUPPPOSED to be 24" tall, period, from left to right. Well its NOT. Its 24" on the far left and right and 24.5" in the center causing the doors to totally fall out of the track and make them incredibly difficult to slide open and closed. Now he expects ME to flip it and make any necessary corrections to HIS errors. Now i have already drilled into the doors for locks and handles and when I got to flip it, this will likely be yet another catastrophe. HIs gross LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETIAL and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE skills, should be enough to drive anyone away. Finally, the facade of my reptile enclosure SHOULD BE ONE PIECE, but its literally piecemealed together like Frankensteins monster. There are two boards that are not even connected on one side. He cares nothing of correcting his errors and righting his wrongs.

This all started at the time of installation. The crew performing the installation vented the refrigerant charge from my old system into a bucket of water instead of recovering or recycling as required by the Federal Clean Air Act EPA 608. I made a video on my cellphone and was planning to file a complaint with the EPA about the willful disregard of the regulation. I discussed this with their Service Manager and was asked not to do this. I agreed with him only if this incident was discussed with hie crew at their next meeting. My experience went downhill from here. I subscribe to their Planned Service Program and have received unsatisfactory experience. Only once in 6 visits has the technicion collected sufficient data to track any refrigerant leaks. The EPA 608 reqiires tracking the refrigerants used in home units from "cradle to grave". This means that any refrigerant added, lost or recovered must be reported. The visit in 2025 collected the baseline info for the first time. The visit this year was haphazard and nothing useful was recorded. I am not a satisfied customer of Alltek Plumbing and Heating

He was very open to using some of the design ideas I had from a different landscaper. He compiled the ideas and gave us a complementary 3D digital image of what our property would look like after the project was completed. He was very patient with us. We started working with Brian summer 2017 and finally hired him to do the project summer 2018. He did not charge us for any of his consultations. Once we agreed on the design plans, his crew started within a few weeks. The crew members were very professional and did a great job with tearing out old plants, creating new landscape beds, trimming an overgrown crab apple tree, and installing all new plants. We are absolutely thrilled with the final outcome. Best Home & Lawn comes highly recommended. Brian and his crew did an A+ job and were professional. They are only open 4 days a week between Thanksgiving and Christmas but they have some really neat stuff at reasonable prices. I joined the NPPA in 2011 and every year get a new press card - from Mark Levans and his staff at MLAD (get it, M-L Ad?) The cards are very high quality (I get the smaller version so it doesn't get in the way of shooting), the price good, and the shipping FAST. I had an issue with my 2016 card - the image was oversaturated - and Mark personally resolved the issue in LESS THAN 24 HOURS. This is the kind of professionalism that has all but disappeared in the modern era. The work is first rate and the attitude is even better. Living in New York City for the past 33 years I had all but forgotten about the old adage that "the customer is always right." Mark remembers and runs his business on this precept. I gave MLAD five stars because that's the max. They deserve more...whatever your printing needs I highly recommend MLAD.
