My parents (84 and 81 years old) ordered and paid for a flag, pole and light, including installation, in mid MARCH. We have called several, several times. Cory gives us the run around every time, promises installation, even gave a date and time. Here it is, mid June and my parents still DO NOT have these items and services that they PAID FOR back in mid March. Cory even tried to make me feel guilty by telling me everyone there works full time elsewhere and they do this on a volunteer basis. Ok. Great! Volunteer or not, when someone (an elderly couple at that) pays for something, you should have the decency to fulfill the order or refund the money. $1500 is a lot of money to most people, especially elderly who are on a fixed income and just wanted a flag to fly in their yard.
