This was a pretty big job. 1. I was not quoted accurately for the couch cleaning and when the bill was tallied, I was charged a huge amount for a simple wipe down. 2. One of the crew members helped themselves to my mother's purse. Took the whole thing with them. While we missed pulling it out of the room where the couch was cleaned before they arrived, apparently too tempting. 1 crew member was on her own for an hour in that room and just took it! They TOOK a 92-year-old woman's purse. Her SS card, Veterans Admin card, cash, credit card, checkbook. We filed a police report, and I called the manager of the facility. I was not offered anything but a "sorry - hard to hire, staff is normally good...." Careful before you invite them into your home. Very disappointed and appalled.

Two guys came out 2 days in a row and had the same problem with the machine. A more experienced guy came out later in the day with a different machine and went over two rooms that had left spots after spraying. He did hallway upstairs and I told him to forget the other two rooms because at this point half of my day was gone. I was satisfied with the way the carpet looked. We were still charged the $78 with no compensation for my time wasted for one morning and one half of a day with two inexperienced employees. Also, they parked their trucks in my driveway and on street in front of house and left several oil stains. Who's gonna get that out?!?The next day I called the office bc the spots from the pretreat were visible again and bc no one bothered to contact me about this inconvenience. I was told if there were any issues Becky would call me. Never got a call. A new gentleman shows up today and tries to charge us $70. So I call again. My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company?
