Flagler concrete coatings could not follow their own schedule the worked did a sloppy job laying down the Revaflex, I was told to lower the pool water so they could put plastic, to keep the material in the pool and they never did, I had to vacuum the pool After I send pictures and complain, Malik come over to fix the sloppy work, he did his best but, he couldn't make it perfect because of too many defects In the end it looks ok, but if the workers where more dedicated to detail and not so sloppy the Revaflex coating would look amazing For the price I paid, I think I deserved a better job I am not recommending this company to my friends for sure read more

would never ever recommend this company at this point. They were flaws into workmanship and when I contacted a company, it took three weeks for them to come out. They promised that they would re-grind the surface and apply another topcoat and that should resolve the issue. When the technician came out to do it, he said they were supposed to do spot repair and not the entire driveway. He did not have enough product on the truck because they had another job to do that day. He contacted the office and they said that the production manager, Preston, would come out the following Tuesday and complete the job himself. He did not show or call. I have sent many emails and left many voicemails trying to resolve this issue but I have not had any reply via email, text or phone call. I have an outstanding balance of $4020 that I would Be happy to pay when this job is done completely right. I was excited about the lifetime warranty of the product and workmanship, but they don't even bother to call me back or reply. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I would strongly recommend that anybody who wants to use this company, reconsider, and look for a professional company that will do the appropriate follow up and professional communication. We liked the finished product. Workers did a great job. They worked hard to get all of the humps in the concrete out, and made them much less noticeable. The salesman told us ahead of time that you might still be able to see the humps, but they would do their best to make them as unnoticeable as possible. read more

I had my driveway done but kept having bubbles. They repaired but came back. Corporate contacted me sent a manager out and they started from scratch again this time done right. The whole time both local office and corporate kept in touch and stayed they would make it right and true to their word the lifetime warranty stood by fixing the problem. I gave it 3 stars because when Garrett (the salesman) came to my house, I told him i couldn't afford to have my driveway done until April and then my first payment would be in May. He told me that he could make that happen and so my driveway was done. Yes, the guys did a great job. My problem is with Garrett. Now when I called the office, the women told me that they have no control with the payments and the finance company has the say. Well that's not what Garrett told me. Noah came to my home, presented his product and gave me an estimate I thought was a "lot" on the high side, but I was willing to pay for the service because I'm an old Paratrooper, old as dirt and can't do this kind of work anymore. About ten days from the install date, we called to change our order from the front porch and the porch to just the back porch. We asked for an adjusted receipt. The original receipt was $2.982.64 and after the adjustment, the bill was reduced to $2,963.64. If you do the math, that's less than $20.00 difference. When asked why there was such a small reduction in the cost of the project, we were told that we "initially didn't meet the minimum square footage requirement and that we were getting the front porch done for free". The project square footage was 385 sq ft. the minimum (according to Noah and Jessica) is over 2500 sq ft. My entire home is 2200 sq ft, I have a three-car garage, the back and front porch. Together, my home still doesn't meet the "minimum square footage" according to Noah and Jessica. The minimum square footage and the free part were not mentioned verbally nor was this mentioned in the elaborate receipt we received at the end of our visit with Noah. After a heated debate with both Jessica and Noah, I determined that Noah and Jessica have a habit of taking advantage of the elderly as well as taking as much money from people as they can. Had I not made the call to adjust the project, I would have been scammed out of almost 3K for a project (if done by myself) would have cost me about $200.00 to $300.00. Now, because of what Noah has done, I'm very skeptical of anyone offering this type a service so I'm going to do the project myself, regardless of how hard it might be on my wife and I. Noah and Jessica are not the nice people they claim to be. Reluctantly, Noah said he would refund 100% of my $1,193.05 down payment but I'm still waiting for this to reflect in my bank statement. First let me say that the final product looks amazing and we are very happy with it now that it is done. However, the work was to start on a Monday, they called and said they were sick and would be there Tuesday. Tuesday two "dudes" showed up who clearly did not know what they were doing and watching them was painful. They questioned the colors we had chosen and offered to paint part of the job if we went to get paint and paint brushes because they didn't want to do part of the surface that was to be done. End of day very little was done and they said they would be back with more help the following day. As soon as they left they called and said they would not be able to be back until Friday because they were being put on a bigger job that needed to be finished. Salesperson assured us that was not the case and that it was just needing more time to "cure". Friday rolls around and a new crew showed up. They had to completely tear down what the first "dudes" had done and start again. They were unable to finish the job that day even though the salesperson had assured us that all jobs are finished the same week on Tuesday when we had our spicy chat about how things were going. They came back on Monday (a week after this whole thing started) and finished the job. They had to clean out massive amounts of "junk and debris" from the pool that had fallen in when the dudes did their work and then cleaning up the dudes mess. Head person on the phone (Noah) assured me he would get our pool cleaned for us after the work was done. Brian and his crew were amazing and did a fantastic job. I can't say enough about their work and attention to detail. However, when you are being sold this product and being told you will be able to walk on it in 12 hours just know that is the salesperson talking. It has to cure for several days depending on the time of year. Since this area is the door we let our dogs out into the backyard this would have been an important thing to note. Just a mild inconvenience when you have to walk your dog in the dark several days but with everything else it was pretty crazy. When I called Noah to see about getting the pool cleaned he asked what the pool guy charges and I said since we do it ourselves normally it doesn't cost anything. The ending to that story is we are now cleaning it ourselves so once again thanks Noah! Final note is make sure you get a completion plan in writing noting how many days this will take and add penalties for delays before the job starts and make sure the crew that is showing up to do the job knows what they are doing. And ask for Brian and his crew! Again they were fantastic and did phenomenal work. read more

His confidence in product and excitement about the final outcome was what sold us. Living in JAX and the company being HQ'd in Ormond, did have me a bit hesitant but Austin reassured me and well... I trusted him! Difficult for me these days... placing trust in someone I don't know! At any rate, I was concerned with storage of all my stuff...& BAM - Austin comes up with an idea that totally made sense. Rent an enclosed truck and keep it in the driveway for 48hrs, so that's what we did. We later learned Austin chose to actually ride-along & perform the work for three weeks to really know all the ins & outs, and processes. It's not often you hear someone wants to get their hands dirty and sweat long hours to truly understand the total process. So, Mike and Anthony show up just before 9 AM and before I could even snap a "Before"pic they were already unloaded and prepping the floor. Within 15 minutes Mike and Anthony were hard at it. Less than an hour-in & the top layer was already removed. By 3 PM they started laying polymers & flakes and by 5:30pm they were driving away - leaving the area clean and beautiful ... all at a very affordable cost! Lifetime warranty! Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the outcome AND already considering inviting Flagler Concrete Coatings back to do our driveway. I was so excited to have my pool deck refinished. I was assured by everyone from the salesperson to the installers that the pool deck would not be hot. I understand we live in Florida so it will have warmth. After installation my pool deck was as 142 degrees and burning everyone's feet. They sent the general manager out to "feel" it and he said it wasn't hot and there was nothing he could do. When I asked to speak to his boss he told me no one spoke to his boss and what he decided was it. He offered to refund a few hundred dollars and then later advised he would refund nothing. I first had my garage floor finished by Flagler Concrete Coating three years ago and I was 100% satisfied with the whole process. It was completed in 1 day with a chip color I picked. It looks beautiful and has held up beautifully! 5 months ago I had the concrete apron around my pool (with a 3 foot walkway on 2-sides) finished with a new color (Blue Sand--a sand color with blue chips) applied by Flagler Concrete Coating. They had to first cover the pool to prevent dust and debris falling into the water and then remove the cool coating which had begun to crack. They then applied the coating and when finished, did a great job in cleaning up. Flagler Concrete Coating's cost was about half of the cost of their competitor. read more

I called to the company several times no one takes the phone calls. At the end, I finally reach an employee Maria, she was very unprofessional and rude. They never send over the crew to complete the garage verticals as agreed. They did not provided a discount due to the incomplete job and keep promising to send over a crew to complete the verticals at the garage. The crew never arrived. After 4 months they placed an intent of a lien on my house, they wanted to collect the total amount of a job that was never completed as we paid. We ended paying the total amount without having the job completed to avoid the lien in our property. SUMMARY: The most stressful and horrible experience I had in my entire life with a hired company. I would give them 0 start, but unfortunately, this option isn't available. Be careful with the contractors doing DISHONEST BUSINESSES out there. Had them do my little 10x10 screened patio. After the wait time for it to cure, I found a lot of places where the flakes were sticking up and made for an uncomfortable area to walk on. Also found the aluminum kick panels were covered in the clear coat they use. Instead of being smooth, they feel like rough sand paper, and will be impossible to clean. I called the owner, and she sent the installer out the next day to put another coat of clear over the patio. I told the worker about the clear coat on the kick panels and he said he would come back and remove it. That was 2 weeks ago. After the second clear coat cured, I found out he put it on unevenly, super thick in some areas, and thin in others. Looks like bad paint runs on a wall. Called the owner again, and she said she would call me last week to tell me when her husband would be out to look at it. No call and no show. Texted her last night, and told her I'd wait a few more days, and if we couldn't work things things out, we'll get the BBB to help sort hings out.
