I had previously been dealing with a well company located in Winter Park that had tried to fix my well over 4 times or visits charging me over 3, 000.00 yet never fixing the well. It would run for about a week then break down. I had decided to get an estimate on putting in a new well so Blackwelder was one of the company's I called. We had Mr. Blackweder do a complete pool and pool yard makeover. He was very timely and professional. Very quick to respond to any issues, though very few arose. We opted to have the new pool finish done in black. Upon inspection it turned out that black pool finishes are not permitted in Florida. Without hesitation Mr. Blackwelder came out immediately and drained the pool and refinished it in blue. I expected a recording but Brian answered and said they offered 24/7 emergency service. i stated it could wait til morning and true to his word he showed up at 730am and fixed the problem in minutes. Blackwelder was recommended to me by McMasters lawn to fix my submersible pump for my sprinklers. I called them about 11:00 am. I was advised they would be there at 1:00pm. when Brian got here he did routine check to the Pump and it was bad. With in one hour he had the pump removed a new one installed and running. The best service someone can ask for in time of need. My well broke down at 4 pm. I found this guys at 4:30 and he went out of his way to get to me and to get it fixed. At 11 pm in a rain and full darkness he diagnosed it and even replaced the pump for me.
