All children at the school are very welcome, cared for and safe every day at the school, which is all that a parent should expect from a preschool. Ms Sonia, Ms Linda and Ms Emily are very loving and caring too. My children love them. I had never had any problem with the school. I've read the comment before mine about "not receiving an invoice," and was surprised and sad with the comments. I do not know what happened and cannot take sides, but I've yet to go to a preschool that sends "invoices." As per my experience, we are informed when signing up of how much we were due and when was payment expected (there's a box on front dez where everyone can drop off a check) - again, usually, by the first day of the week. This school specifically only leaves a note on the front office desks with the child's name, if the parent is somewhat late with payment - which could happen to anyone. I have been late a few times and was always so happy with how understanding they were and how they always waved the late fees for me because they knew it was not a normal occurrence.

From the director Mrs Shakirius to the owner Miss Anna and to all of the wonderful teachers I can't say how thankful I am For the support system that our family has received and for the wonderful learning environment and nurturing that they have given our daughter. She loves it there and would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Small classroom sizes, access to teachers and administrators electronically so we could keep up on a daily basis with their work. More importantly, easy access in person when wanted or needed. Our Daughter performed in the arts through high school, but chose science/health and is now in her first year of Residency as a physician after graduating from the Oxbridge Academy of the Palm Beaches High School and Florida State University. All teachers and the director are bilingual so it supports his Spanish language skills which I was concerned he would lose as he entered a full time school environment. The school itself is a very calming environment and the director is very communicative, attentive, flexible and helpful. My son comes home with a strong interest in learning to spell all the words he sees in his environment and at 4 can sound out the letters to spell short words on his own, which indicates to me that they are preparing him for kindergarten despite him not yet being in a VPK program. I love that my son seems to truly enjoy learning at this school. I would definitely recommend it.

A warning to parents: DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILDREN. The only positive thing about this daycare, is…read morethe teachers! The teachers are wonderful and it's a shame they are not appreciated enough. Now with that being said, on to my review: 1st: the owner Larissa and her HR director, who happens to be her sister in law, are terrible. All the owner cares about is making money and does not care about the children or parents. 2nd: if you have any concerns of any kind, you the parent, will be to blame. As the owner, directors and the Admin team will find every way possible to make it the parents fault. And if you don't like their answer, then that's your problem. Which is VERY unprofessional not to mention insulting, since we as parents, are trusting the staff with our children. 3rd: the parking lot in this specific location is terrible! Parents and other drivers do not park in the parking spaces and speed through the stop signs as you try to walk your child across the parking lot. Parents even park at the stop signs and ON THE SIDEWALK. The owner does not do anything about it when you bring your concern to her about the safety of the parking lot. When I had to call the police to report drivers, she did not even care. She blamed it on "being in a shopping center". 4th: the turnover rate is absurd. When teachers leave, they do not let parents know, which is pretty sad considering our children get attached to teachers, as they spend more time with teachers than us parents. No notice or letter us given to the parents to inform them. 5th: the owner raises the tuition to make bigger and better daycares in other locations, yet the increase in tuition does not go towards the daycare your child attends...unless it's the Gardens, Wellington and newer schools. I for one, ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to pay for the budget of a new daycare that my child will not attend. When I brought this up to the director and asked to speak to Larrisa, they told me I could email her, but the tuition is the tuition and it needs to be paid. Bottom line is this: HAFH is a poorly run daycare and you are literally treated as a dollar sign to Larrisa and her team. Luckily we pulled our child out and my only regret is I did not do it sooner.

This school is perceived as one of the best through literature they provide and I can attest to the…read moregreat academic curriculum they offer. However the staff is constantly being replaced. Also when you bring up concerns to management, they do not accept it and respond with a my way or the highway mentality- very argumentative, confrontational, and not healthy. Overall, the teachers are very nice but without them having support from management, their turnover will continue as well. I would highly suggest researching other daycares before using here. Do not let the "we have live webcam" option bait and switch you.
