Awesome people who are trying to help me, always giving me Assistants when needed a must place to get your hearing tested

Really poor communication. They lost the first referral - they we're supposed to call me to schedule the procedure. After waiting for weeks for the call, I called them to find out they had no record of the referral. I had the referral sent again, filled out forms, and now I've been waiting for a week for a scheduling call back after I was told they would call back in a day or two. I can't seem to reach anyone via phone. They suggest trying the "chat" on the website but after waiting for a bit it just says "Sorry! Could not connect you to an agent, please try again." When my ENT specialist moved to FSA, I despaired that scheduling my weekly allergy injections would be dependable. They have been for two months. The office never misses on texting and calling reminders. I appreciate the level of communication. read more

I cannot get through via telephone to check on my appointment. An automated message comes on requesting we make a selection and leave a message. When I select the appropriate department the message then loops back to the beginning (each time). The website urges us to use the chatbot to communicate. That also is not working. Perhaps this is unusual, but the problem has involved much of my Monday morning. read more

Unprofessional! Twice in 6 months cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours prior, unacceptable and unprofessional to not honor appointments. Do not use! Arrogance of being only game in town, they mistreat there patients with no remorse! read more

For the Life of me I cannot figure out why they are so incompetent here as far as just ordering a CT scan. I kid you not, twice today they sent to wrong place. Third time they got it right but didn't fill out the paperwork correctly. I called 3 other times being assured each time it would get done. Now they are closed for the day and still could not figure out how to fax paperwork properly. Maybe it's because faxing is so antiquated these days. If I can't trust them to take care of simple paperwork how can I trust a surgery??? I have only dealt with ear nose and throat. I know they don't like my insurance and maybe they just don't want to help. Last spring it took 2 months in order to get the same thing done but unfortunately that put the testing outside of my insurance coverage. I thought NAH was bad, but this has to be the worst scheduling nightmare I can remember. Seriously I spoke with at least 3 different people who were all pleasant but not able to complete a simple task. If I could give a 1/2 or zero star I would. read more

I had a silly accident while staying in Flagstaff and Dr. Tritle's office got me in right away! To say I was a bit nervous and embarrassed is an understatement but Dr. Tritle treated me with care and humor. If I lived in Flagstaff, I'd definitely make him my doctor. read more

The staff in charge of appointments here should be ashamed of themselves. First, it's impossible to speak with anyone at this clinic. Calling them will initiate an automated message, and as I indicated in my initial review of this medical establishment, one of the first things they say is not to leave multiple messages. I eventually discovered why this is part of their instructions. They don't call back. I waited patiently for 3 days without a return call, and out of frustration left another message. Over a week later they contacted me requesting additional information and who to contact. I called back immediately, only to get their standard automated message again. That was two weeks ago, and I haven't heard from them yet. This clinic is either severely understaffed or does not need new patients. Since I've been ignored and unable to speak with anyone, I've given up attempting to schedule an appointment here. My horrible experience was easily avoidable by a staff of professionals with compassion and dedication, which are nonexistent at this medical facility. read more

Please keep far away from this place! My daughter had been going here for a while and won't be coming here ever again. The front desk girls are the rudest human beings I have met in Flagstaff and it's clearly because the head one has some attitude problems and teaches it to the girls below her that it's ok to treat patients like crap. They were also talking about patients with other patients and I know that's not right at all either. The tall allergy MA that handled my daughter was very unprofessional and didn't seem to know what she talking about most the time, i think her name was Mariam. The only good thing about this place is the reputation and that's not enough for me to stay if I can't be treated like a decent human being by the rest of the staff. read more

Excellent service by Dr. Lund! I have been suffering from migraines and headaches for years. I had an appointment with Dr. Lund who was able to diagnose me with chronic migraines and TMJ. I was able to get approved for Botox. It's a game changer. I have been headache free! I am so glad Dr. Lund was able to guide me through this process. read more

Worked with Dr Coates to remove a couple troublesome lipomas. I am not a big fan of doctors, shots, incisions, none of it. I found the bedside manner of Dr Coates to be phenomenal. I didn't even realize he was as far along as he was until I looked down and saw one of the lipomas out. From check in to check out was only about 45 min. If I need anything in the future I will certainly make an appointment with Dr Coates again. read more

Was visiting Flagstaff from Virginia when I needed some assistance with my hearing aids. Kerry and her audiology team fit me into their schedule, provided expert help including both time and detail. I was blown away and also very happy. After I returned to Virginia I ran into another problem but instead of seeing an audiologist here I contacted Flagstaff Surgical Associates and again Kerry and her staff helped me out. Their help went beyond just adjusting the hearing aids, they took the time to show me, in detail, what I needed to do in order to maximize my hearing experience...something my local audiologist never did. Buyer beware. I had a procedure done LAST summer. I was told before hand over the phone and in person on the day of, that my only bill would be a $40 co-pay. I was very surprised to see a bill in the mail later. But when I called they said they billed it wrong and not to worry about it. Then I was even more surprised later to get a letter that my bill had gone to collections. Again, called them and they said it was taken care of. And now, a year and a half later, the debt has appeared on my credit report. So another round of calls later they have completely changed their story and say I do owe the original amount, but they're willing to waive it. Oh yeah, but there's a fee for it being sent to collections that I will definitely have to pay. The procedure went well, the doctor was fine, but this billing headache isn't worth it. Well it's taken me a while to write this review I saw Dr. Trittle back in 2013. I came in with vertigo. Not sure why but he didn't really feel confident looking up my nose.. maybe because I had reconstructive surgery on it? or he is just an inexperienced doctor?He gave me an ointment to put in my nose not anti-biotics. I left with no real help. I went to PP for a physical and my nurse there said "give it one more try and go to CC ENT in Flagstaff" I made the appointment and the nurse at CC went up my nose with a camera, discovered two ear infections and a major sinus infection. The nurse and doctor put me on antibiotics but the infection kept coming back, so they did a culture, turned out I had a waterborne parasite living in my sinus cavity. Doctor Trittle missed both! I was put on intensive antibiotics for a month and the new doctor prescribed Vestibular Rehab to cure the vertigo. Honestly I have no idea if he is inexperienced, just a bad doctor or didn't do his best because I had student health insurance but I would look for other doctors. read more

Dr. Nathan Tritle rocks! He performed sinus surgery on this less-than-willing candidate and I must say that, not only was it nothing like the experience others have described, it was successful. My recovery has been slow due to other complications, but Dr. Tritle is not just competent and professional, he has an extraordinary bedside manner. His office is busy and you probably won't get seen without a referral, but, you will be a happy camper in the end. read more

WOW! I do not know where to start! As GOOD (GREAT) as it gets. I was referred to F.S.A. by my Insurance Carrier, Blue of California, after another Local ENT provided a Horrid Experience, (Yelp Review on Them on Separate Cover) I called F.S.A and explained the urgency of my need to be seen. I was given an appointment for the NEXT DAY! As a "New Patient," that was AWESOME! I was first seen by Val, who did an "Uptake" and took my Vitals. She was very pleasant and professional. Then, Lindsey the PA came in and learned of my Tinnitus, and proceeded to clean my ear canals. She TOO, was EXCELLENT, Very attentive and Very Professional. She was also VERY forthcoming with information. She recommended I have a Hearing Test. I was sent upstairs, to their other office for the Test. There, I was seen by Kerry, Like Val and Lindsey, just Top Notch and A One! After my test, she shared the results with me, and explained some of my options. Very well educated in her field! I was sent back down to Lindsey, who went over my test results. GOOD THING they got me in! Lindsey expressed some concerns and has recommended some additional testing. Val was again VERY Helpful in scheduling. ALL in ALL an OUTSTANDING OVERALL Experience! Highly Recommended! read more
