I hired this firm after getting in a car accident back in October 2019. The driver who hit me left the scene after hitting my car. I was taken to the Emergency room in an ambulance and the officer who showed up didn't take my statement. They were able to find the driver that hit me, but when we received the police report - it said I was at fault for the accident! In addition, we found out that the other driver only had $15,000 of coverage. No other attorney would have taken my case as I was originally blamed for the accident and could only get $15,000 but Mr. Flahavan continued to fight for me anyways...... He investigated all of the facts, searched for camera footage in all of the surrounding stores, even paid for the help of a private investigator and he ended up finding an eye witness who was a gas station attendant working at the gas station across the street from where my car accident took place! Kevin Flahavan literally sent emails on Thanksgiving night trying to get the police officer to change the police report. He called the police officer who wrote the police report and talking to supervisors at the station demanding that they do what's right and take the witness statement and correct the report to reflect the truth.... Finally, due to the new evidence he was able to get, the police agreed to change the report to reflect the truth...... Mr. Flahavan didn't give up on me and fought hard for what was right even though there wasn't a lot of money to gain!!. He handled everything while I focused on my doctors appointments and trying to heal my injuries that were caused from this accident. In addition, he was able to get the insurance company to quickly accept liability and pay the full policy $15k plus $5k for the property damage. I am so grateful for this firm and for the dedication, hard work, courage, honesty and most importantly the willpower to do what's right no matter what the payoff was or wasn't....
