A grey haired lady came up and put out her hands for my packages. I gave them and asked for a receipt because it was to Amazon. She said well that's not happening right now. I said ok and I was willing to wait for the people in front of me to finished. Well the lady sung the black sang grey hair told her fine and scanned them in. She scanned them in and printed a receipt then told me it would be a dollar. Um why what?!! No one told me. So I walked out. It might not have been as bad if I was told before. I will be driving into Ennis from now on to the actual UPS store, they are always so nice! So if you need UPS.l, go to Ennis! I would not recommend this store at all!!
