I absolutely recommend this business and I am glad they are here where few choices remain for varied shipping scenarios. Being kind and being patient might alleviate the stress either the associate or the customer might have during a screwed-up encounter. Stuff happens-on both sides of the equation. I went in the UPS store and asked the very young girl to make a label for me to ship an item from one address to me. She said she wanted my address first I said I needed the label from a different address to me she said "I know". I gave her the information and then she asked for the other address. Having been a manager for FedEx tier 2 I knew something wasn't right. She asked me to review the shipping information and I said to her that I wasn't shipping anything to them but wanted to pay for a label from their address to mine. She begins to tell me that they don't do that there. That's the way they do it she said. I said that's crazy because she wanted to ship a label from there at $19.79 to the person I was having something mailed to and then pay for another label to ship it to me at another $19.79. I said that was not correct and she snickered and laughed a little and said I could go online and do it myself. I turned around and left. Worst customer service ever. She was very "sarcastic " towards me. Frankly I won't use them for anything ever again at this point. Bad manners brought into a business isn't something I would want in my business. Maybe she was upset she had to work the day before thanksgivings early shift. It was right at 8am. Maybe UPS should take a look at their cameras and retrain this person. It may be why I worked for FedEx instead of UPS. Why I went home and made my own label with FedEx that day and they lost business because of this young girl. read more

This is the best UPS store I have ever worked with and there have been alot of locations over the years! Staff is over and beyond helpful and friendly! They have tons of services. So if you need something, call and ask them, as they may provide services you don't even know about! My compliments to the amazing staff!!! My one experience with these people was awful. On May 15th they accepted phone/cable modems for return to Spectrum - then lost them. I went back in after two weeks and they suddenly found them in the back and promised to get them shipped. Ten days later they still had not shipped them. I called during normal business hours daily but no one ever answers the phone, it goes right to voice mail. After leaving four VMs over a week's time, nobody ever called me back. On June 8th, I learned that they had finally shipped. ZERO responses to a customer complaint is just not acceptable. read more

Stay away from this place, manager has no consideration for customers, it's all about sales quotas with her, they will quote you highest shipping rates and then you gotta fight through the growing disapproval as you try to get them down to a some what appropriate price. The prices are still crazy, UPS charges what the market will bear, and if that means up charges then that's what they'll do and instruct employees to do the same, regardless of customer satisfaction. Stick with the postal service, they at least have regulations on shipping rates. read more

The manager of this store is rude, hateful, and makes up the rules as she goes along. She lies about what services and prices are available and generally treats the customers bad. I have reported her but she is still there - so much for companies being interested in their customers. read more

I shipped from this store, and I am a UPS shipper. I had a payment to a credit card due on 5-19 and this package shipped on 5-9 (3 day delivery). When my card was declined (embarrassing), I called the credit card company to inquire. The checks would have more than paid my credit card in full. They then told me that they had never received my package, and therefore was unable to process my charge. I then called the local store, and was told to call a 800 number to see if I could find out more information. I was then told that they would investigate, and that would take up to approximately 8 days, and it was advised that I stop payment on those items. I have called several times to the store and even after leaving a message, it takes several more calls to get someone to answer the phone. I will have to say, that a young lady, Marrisa, is very helpful and accommodating. Never rude or disrespectful. I do not know her role at the store, but I do like working with her. I want my shipment costs refunded, along with the cost of the stop payment on the two checks that were in that single shipment. I will be back to followup after today, since now my payment is late. I would also like to have those late charges, and additional interest charges refunded. read more
