Conveniently located on the west side on Palm Bay. This laundry mat is acutally pretty darn small and gets packed. Not all that many washers here. They only have 4 of the 6 load front loaders. I prefer the 8 loader so I can do all my blankets at once. Plenty of regular top loader washers. Lots of dryers but the dryers are all the same size. It takes 2 or 3 extra quarters to dry my comforter because of its small size. Also note these dryers do not get that hot. I should be able to heat up a can of soup in the dryer. These never get hot enough to eat the soup. I only get warm soup. It's a cold day today! I don't have extensive laundromat experience but my washer conked out and until I make up my mind on what I'm replacing it with..... this place is always clean. Today (Sunday) is significantly busier than my last 3 trips which were on Saturday afternoons. They advertise they are open from 7am-10pm with the last wash being 9pm. These big washers take 6 loads and cost $8, the 4-load washers are $7. Then the single load speed queens are $2.50. I've not used the dryers but they say it's .25 for 6 minutes. read more

It's not about us too expensive. I'm from California New Hampshire so I can only compare with what I have there but I've also had my laundry done in Ohio and all the prices on all machines are either double or more than double what machine seven dollars the bigger ones eight dollars a load. The regular machines are $2.50. This is the first Undermount I checked year since I've been in Florida so I guess I have to check others see what they do. I'm a single guy know when I do my laundry for six bucks. Because I got a separate colors and everything I know I'm really over 20 bucks here. read more

Smaller laundromat with older machines. And that's what I like about the place. The pricing is fair and the older machines actually get your clothes spotlessly clean and the dryers are quick. A big plus is the friendly staff. Always helpful, always attentive. I felt welcomed the first time I went in. I recommend this place to everyone! read more

I used your laundromat today because my regular one is usually out of change in their machines. Its an 11 mile drive for me and was not happy that I used 2 dryers and 1 worked and 1 didn't heat up. Of course I didn't know til my clothes were done and they were still wet. When I brought it to the attendants attention she just walked away and did nothing. When the next person used that dryer she said oh that one doesn't work after it had been run like for 10 mins. She offered them their money back and another dryer to use. But I ended up losing $1.25 plus had to put more money in to dry the clothes that the dryer didn't dry. Very disappointed as I only get 1 day off a week to do laundry and it takes me even longer when things aren't working properly and patrons lose money. read more

My home washer went kaput so I went to the closest laundromat. I was surprised upon arrival on a Saturday morning that there weren't many patrons. (1 star) I decided to put my towels in one of the larger front loading washers. I put all the clothing in another of the same size. The attendant advised me that I should use the top loading machines for my clothes and save money as the large machine was not that full. (2nd star) My thoughts was that I would get better cleansing results from the front loaders. Cost was 2X $7.00. I asked how long the machine cycle would take and was told about 30 minutes. What? My machine at home has a normal cycle time of 55 minutes and heavy duty cycle time is 73 minutes. I took a walk to the dollar place and returned quickly to find the loads had already finished. I question, if in fact it was 30 minutes! I took my wet laundry home to dry. A quick sniff of my clothes revealed an unpleasant odor. Not clean! I used 2 laundry pods and laundry boost and my clothes smell dirty. Will not return. read more

The facility for me is fine it's the staff that has treated me terribly on 3 separate occasions with the same employee ... this last time I was there I had my grand daughter with me and I put my clothes to dry and put the machine on for an hour and a half I went to get something to eat and came back before my time was up this employee took it upon herself to take my clothes out of the dryer and place them in a bag and opened the other 2 dryers I was using and left my clothes in the dryers wet when I still had time left on the machine ... I didn't say anything to her but I was very upset so I started to fold my clothes and my grand daughter had two cups in her can exchanging change from one cup to another to entertain herself but was not bothering anyone .. this employee took a cup out of my grand daughters hand and gave her the cup full of quarters and put the other cup away .. didn't ask her to stop didn't ask her to put the cup back just took it completely out of her hands and put the cup back ... I did not say anything to her to not make a scene at the facility... once I left I called the location and spoke with her and explained how upset I was and how wrong she was for doing what she did and she proceeded to get loud and I simply told her I was calling the owners to complain ... this behavior was completely unacceptable... I am furious with how I was treated and I hope no one else has this experience read more
