Got to their website and scheduled a pickup. Within 10 minutes of filling out the web form I a received a call from their scheduler confirming the details. Nice! The day of the airport ride I waited a few minutes ahead of the scheduled pickup, and here comes City Cab, right on time, if not even a few minutes ahead of time. Nice! Corbin was the driver; a super nice guy, got me to airport by the shortest route along with some friendly conversation. Nice! This was a great experience overall. If you need a reliable cab service in the Myrtle Beach area this is the go-to place. I'll use them again when the need arises.

I only added one star because I was unable to do none and still post this review…read more This taxi service was recommended by my hotel and I unfortunately took their advice and scheduled my pickup at 9 pm on a Sunday for 7am the next morning. The driver showed up @ 7:33 and because of this I missed the window to check my luggage and had to pay an extra $100 to take the next flight 12 hours later. I also had to eat the money I spent on the hotel I had booked when I landed because I would have arrived too late to check in. Then when I called the company to let them know, the woman who answered the phone had the nerve to say I wasn't there at the hotel when their driver showed. But wait.........5 minutes after their driver was supposed to be there, the front desk called them and stated that I was waiting for my 7am cab, when was someone arriving? ASAP was the response. Do not use this cab company if you need to be somewhere within a specific window of time. That someone is unable to show up with 10 hours notice is nonsense and you would essentially guarantee yourself a missed flight or have to throw your bag in the trash if you want to have the trip you planned and paid for.

While on the way over we got in touch with another cab company that happened to be sitting literally next to him in the same spot that came and got us. He then called to ask if we were coming. I politely told him that we were taken care of and hung up. The guy then calls my phone back and gets ride and tells me that "next time, I should call and cancel my cab." Just left us there. We called several times to find out where they were to have them just refuse our calls.
