Got to their website and scheduled a pickup. Within 10 minutes of filling out the web form I a received a call from their scheduler confirming the details. Nice! The day of the airport ride I waited a few minutes ahead of the scheduled pickup, and here comes City Cab, right on time, if not even a few minutes ahead of time. Nice! Corbin was the driver; a super nice guy, got me to airport by the shortest route along with some friendly conversation. Nice! This was a great experience overall. If you need a reliable cab service in the Myrtle Beach area this is the go-to place. I'll use them again when the need arises.

Jennifer was a God Send!!! All my stress and anticipation was resolved. As a retired Police Officer I am weary of relying on the unknown and not having a set plan. Jennifer and Flamingo Rides put my mind at ease. I never met a more pleasant and truly nice person. We used her and Flamingo Rides throughout our stay in South Carolina. I only added one star because I was unable to do none and still post this review…read more This taxi service was recommended by my hotel and I unfortunately took their advice and scheduled my pickup at 9 pm on a Sunday for 7am the next morning. The driver showed up @ 7:33 and because of this I missed the window to check my luggage and had to pay an extra $100 to take the next flight 12 hours later. I also had to eat the money I spent on the hotel I had booked when I landed because I would have arrived too late to check in. Then when I called the company to let them know, the woman who answered the phone had the nerve to say I wasn't there at the hotel when their driver showed. But wait.........5 minutes after their driver was supposed to be there, the front desk called them and stated that I was waiting for my 7am cab, when was someone arriving? ASAP was the response. Do not use this cab company if you need to be somewhere within a specific window of time. That someone is unable to show up with 10 hours notice is nonsense and you would essentially guarantee yourself a missed flight or have to throw your bag in the trash if you want to have the trip you planned and paid for.

"That's exactly who I would have called." The car itself was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed a nice conversation with my neatly dressed driver on the way.
