I had misunderstood the fee structure and when I went to pick them up I was surprised at the bill. However, after learning that I had misunderstood the price for the large pen, the manager Brestyn was gracious enough to extend the lower price that I was expecting it to be. This is the type of customer service that endears people to a business. In addition, the two ladies that I met were friendly and seemed sincerely kind and enthusiastic about their jobs. I have found a new kennel at which I can board my dogs knowing that they will be treated with kindness and a true interest in their best care. Thank you!

Jumped on my elderly father and my grandchildren. No one could even come to the house. He spent time with Bailey in a board and train program. My grandkids were actually able to visit while my pup laid still in the floor. I no longer worry about either of us getting hurt when I try to walk him. He is still a work in progress as am I but with the Pebble Creek crew, we actually have a life again. Bailey told me when we started training that "Having a dog should add to your life, not take from it." With her help, our baby has been a great addition to our life. When I say how important it is that our grandchildren could be around our doggie, I do not exaggerate. My oldest grandson is autistic and my youngest is blind. It was very important that our doggie be calm around the boys. The photos I have attached is from the first day when then boys were able to be around the dog. She always checks their teeth, ears and anal glands. That alone can be a life saving service. I have one dog that has emotional issues, especially with having her nails done and somehow Carolyn always manages to get it done and the dog licks and loves her afterwards. If Carolyn notices a problem, i.e. skin or inflamation, she will give you guidance as to how you can remedy the problem, oftentimes saving you an expensive, unnecessary trip to the vet. My Poodle has no poodle ears, no crown and look at her feet! Then got a blue ribbon, She is a girl lol I paid $45 bucks to get her to look like this. Then the owner told me that I shouldn't bring her back because I was rude to tell her this. That she did not know the reviews of her employees as an excuse. Yes, all of this is screenshot and saved.
