We were on a road trip and had to take our dog in who is 16 years old and wouldn't stop scratching. We began worrying it was a neurological issue or something underlying. The vet was so attentive and kind and allowed us to get a last minute appointment in! The cost was extremely affordable for a vet visit and we were so thankful for this place read more

Heartbreaking and unnecessary experience, beyond what could be excused as an isolated incident due to having taken other animals we have here. Took our kitten here a few years ago. Multiple trips to figure out why she was not eating and getting very sick very fast. After some research I insisted that she may have FIP and needed to be checked on for that. They insisted it was just a mild sickness, just gave her a basic antibiotic and suggested my conclusion was incorrect. Nothing worked after multiple trips, she was in pain and dying. I took her to Ceglinski and without saying anything about any FIP, they immediately came to that conclusion in an FIP specific checkup due to the alarming symptoms and severe decline in health. The disease is well known but no studies have been conclusive on a cure. We ultimately had to put her to rest due to her condition being an incurable mutation of an otherwise common viral disease. Had the first clinic taken proper steps or really even cared we could have laid her to rest earlier instead of letting her wither further into a skeletal, miserable kitten and paying for unnecessary medicine that even during some of the checkups were obviously non effective. We have never gone back but we will never forget this awful experience. I suggest going to a better, more updated veterinary facility in Paducah. read more

My 16 year old dog got sick. We brought him in and they were very accommodating and got us in right away. Unfortunately there wasn't much the could due for him due to his problems,but they were the most caring and open folks I have ever brought my dogs to. They absolutely did all they could and were so companionate when we had to let him go. I thank them for all they did through those tuff times. I will be bringing my other dog in for her vet needs because these are folks I can trust. read more

We have been going to Paducah Veterinary Clinic for about 17+ years. We have multiple dogs and cats and anytime that there is an emergency, the staff and doctors of Paducah Veterinary Clinic have been more than accommodating. They have always found solutions for our pets needs and emergencies, even when we thought that there might be nothing futher that could be done. Their experience and willingness to consult other vets when necessary makes this clinic second to none! read more

There is no other vet like Paducah Veterinary, the staff is wonderful , when we had to put our golden retriever down they were so sympathetic , I have been going to them for 6 years and would not go to any other . I will continue to bring other pets there . read more

I had misunderstood the fee structure and when I went to pick them up I was surprised at the bill. However, after learning that I had misunderstood the price for the large pen, the manager Brestyn was gracious enough to extend the lower price that I was expecting it to be. This is the type of customer service that endears people to a business. In addition, the two ladies that I met were friendly and seemed sincerely kind and enthusiastic about their jobs. I have found a new kennel at which I can board my dogs knowing that they will be treated with kindness and a true interest in their best care. Thank you!

Jumped on my elderly father and my grandchildren. No one could even come to the house. He spent time with Bailey in a board and train program. My grandkids were actually able to visit while my pup laid still in the floor. I no longer worry about either of us getting hurt when I try to walk him. He is still a work in progress as am I but with the Pebble Creek crew, we actually have a life again. Bailey told me when we started training that "Having a dog should add to your life, not take from it." With her help, our baby has been a great addition to our life. When I say how important it is that our grandchildren could be around our doggie, I do not exaggerate. My oldest grandson is autistic and my youngest is blind.
