I had breakfast in Oconomowoc this morning and I jumped on yelp when I was done to look for a meat market and this place was five miles away so I drove over, they needed a Steve stop by anyway because of zero pictures of the place. The place has a nice mix of prepackaged items, pre prepared, sausages, meats, sticks, deli, beer, wine, smoked items, fresh items etc etc. I always look for hot sticks and at least one other house made item to take with me. I ended up getting a package of the hot sticks and the smoked pork chop vs the smoked polish sausage was a hard choice but the sausage won. Im updating this review after cooking the polish sausage and I really liked it because it was moist/tasty/lean with no fatty/grisly chunks with that great snappy casing. I ate it all natural for an honest tasting and it's very worthy of a nice piece of good fresh of bread and fresh toppings. The hot sticks were pretty tasty/good but not very hot to my taste and 100 times better than the big name sausage company in Milwaukee that was just a total let down. The good thing about always trying new things all the time and all over is you know what's good and what's not. I have not tried the polish sausage yet but I will update my review when I have.

We've attended the Italian wine tasting event twice now and enjoy being able to really appreciate the specific Italian varietals and different regions. Other wine events have included wines from around the world and can be overwhelming so it's great having region specific tastings. There are also other crafting/ painting with wine events that look like a lot of fun. There are always some good discounted/ sale prices on wines and a pretty good selection of bourbon too.
