This upstairs tasting room has a cool view of the distillery space down below. There are some longer high tops and a few four tops with lounge chairs. The space isn't huge, but it's well decorated with industrial decor that creates an intimate and edgy atmosphere. One of the distillers and also one of owners was present when we stopped by, and we loved hearing all about their story and distilling processes! Very friendly! They have an extensive and inventive cocktail menu made with their house spirits, as well as tasting flights of their many spirits. It was fun to try a little bit of everything during our stay! I was a fan of the Old Fashioned! We took home a bottle of their bourbon to make at home! We will absolutely be back to check out more of these cocktails and restock our liquor cabinet next time we are in town!

There is ample parking on site making this winery very accessible. We were treated by the friendly bartender who I believe is the owner. She explained their wines to us in just enough detail and walked us through how to make selections for a flight. I did the red flight and you got 4 wine samples for $12. Super affordable! We also ordered a large cheeseboard which was more than enough for two. There are pizzas and soft pretzels available at night on the weekends but since we were here on a Friday afternoon they weren't serving those yet. A lot of Wisconsin wineries do really well with sweet wines but don't have a large dry offering. My flight of 4 red wines was perfectly dry! First the neighborhood and location is adorable, quaint, and very cozy. You feel a part of a community the moment you walk in the door. The staff are a key component of that. The staff are friendly, helpful, chill, and welcoming of all people and doggies! The space is also great! A fantastic outdoor space with fire pits, a good sized brew space for events, and a wide open tap room for humans and canines to enjoy their time together! But of course, the beers are the highlight! Sproose IPA is one of our favorites. It actually tastes like you are drinking a pine forest! I also love their Gose, porters, and Oktoberfest. You really can't go wrong!
