When we had our phone call to see if it would be a good fit, Ken was friendly and so helpful with giving us all the information we needed. I like Ken does an interview to see what DJ fits best with your vibe and personality. We were matched up with Josh. He also had great communication, was open to our vibe and he brought so much energy to our wedding. Josh was a great hype man when we did our vows bring us the microphone before and getting it back after all while saying words of encouragement for us. When it came to the reception, he followed our recommendations for music and added a few songs in that fit our vibe perfectly. He kept the party going and the dance floor full. I really wanted to get one as my son told me that they had one for his prom and all the kids loved it! After searching the internet, I was so lucky to find this photo booth service on Amazon Local . I was a little weary since I looked up on Yelp and there were no reviews of the company. I exchanged emails with the owner and he told me that they were relatively new but they were experienced photographers and were branching out in this arena. They also had a "booth" that would fit my needs. From the initial email, they were professional and very accommodating. They were able to customize the backdrop and color of my son's high school's colors and wrote what we wanted displayed on the pictures. They had a variety of pics to pick from and costumes to make the pictures funny and really entertaining for all of us. We all used the photo booth, from young teens to adults. It was the perfect "entertainment" for the party and would add flair and fun to any occasion! I was so happy with the entire process. It was quick to book and easy to do the contract. The operators were pleasant and very accommodating to my guests. Everyone was commenting how awesome they were and how great of an idea it was to have there. One of the popular features was the ability to write on it. All of the guests were given physical copies of their photos and could even have them texted to their phones. Thankfully he honored the bridal show pricing for us and we booked right away. The process of setting up our screens was smooth and simple. We chose colors and backgrounds all online, received proofs for approval, and that was that! I didn't consider the timing of my ceremony when I confirmed setup time so they arrived right as my bridal party was about to walk, which changed the location they were to set up in. My fault not theirs!! Definitely check your schedule so you don't pull an oopsie like me. However, it worked out perfectly because they ended up setting up in the lobby of the hotel next to our cocktail room. Our guests could access easily and hotel guests not at our wedding got to watch us all have a great time! I loved having the props, our custom neon sign, backdrop and image backgrounds. It was fun taking photos with everyone and people really enjoyed having the photo booth! We loved having the magnetized frames and being able to print. I received all the digitals as well. I quickly heard from Kyle, who gave me all the info and pricing (which was super reasonable!) I booked him right away and then via the website, I was able to select the background I wanted, plus the frame for the photo strips and the screen theme for the interface. There were a ton of choices and everything was super customizable! Kyle arrived early, got all set up, and then helped us decorate the rest of the space! He was a super nice guy, very accommodating to make sure I had everything I needed, and he had even got a couple extra props just for the occasion! You could also make gifs and boomerangs and even AI enhancements. And I got all the photos digitally for easy sharing. From the moment we booked Luis, communication was present. I feel like a lot of people I've talked with book their DJ, have one meeting, and see them at the wedding, but that was not our experience with Luis. We had a few meetings, several text chains, and certainly felt the line was always open if we needed something. One of my favorite things was Luis' hype texts the week of as if he was one of our people actually attending the wedding. Luis did everything we wanted at the ceremony and reception in regard to announcements and mic ups. We left Luis in charge of the music selection for the reception and from our personal experience and a few friend's comments, he did a great job with his selection! Luis was great before the wedding, during the wedding, and even after the wedding, and I cannot recommend him enough!

We hired ChiChi's party rentals for a wedding in September 2025. We rented the 360 photobooth. The…read morephotobooth was a hit with our guests and we had close to 100 videos, which was awesome. The link to our gallery was provided to us promptly via email. Where the problem arose was that nowhere in the contract, nor the email to us with the gallery link, were we informed that our gallery had to be downloaded in 6 months because the videos would permanently delete from the link provided. Now, we are left with raw and unedited video footage with no resolution. This is disheartening as we chose not to hire a videographer or content creator, and solely went with the 360 photobooth for our wedding. It feels like a total waste of money to us, in addition to the fact that all of our edited wedding content is gone. Everyone please read your contracts closely to make sure this doesn't happen to you, especially with such a large and once-in-a-lifetime event, like a wedding.
