We booked FPP for my neice's 1st birthday party. We booked with Jonell and she was very helpful and…read moreprofessional. James helped us with the graphic for our photo strip and was the attendant the day of. They are very responsive via email as I emailed multiple times. Turn around time was less than an hour. FPP was able to work within our budget. The quality of the service and the pictures were top notch and not compromised. James arrived 30 mins before the party started and got everything up and running. They had their own props for us to use and we even made our own by printing pictures and putting them on wooden dowels. Tip: some print outs may not show up well on camera. Try taking your own pictures with flash to make sure they show up in the photo booth. And you should definitely make your own so it's more personalized! We made big faces of my neice. It was so cute!! Their equipment are actually pretty small and compact, so you don't even need a lot of space for their photo booth. We put it in our foyer and it was perfect. We also have access to our pictures online so we can download them and print them on our own. I love that before James left, he gave us a USB loaded with all of the pictures on it. He was also very accommodating when people wanted to get one final picture in even though we ran over our time booked. The photo booth was a huge hit and everyone loved it! Thankfully he honored the bridal show pricing for us and we booked right away. The process of setting up our screens was smooth and simple. We chose colors and backgrounds all online, received proofs for approval, and that was that! I didn't consider the timing of my ceremony when I confirmed setup time so they arrived right as my bridal party was about to walk, which changed the location they were to set up in. My fault not theirs!! Definitely check your schedule so you don't pull an oopsie like me. However, it worked out perfectly because they ended up setting up in the lobby of the hotel next to our cocktail room. Our guests could access easily and hotel guests not at our wedding got to watch us all have a great time! I loved having the props, our custom neon sign, backdrop and image backgrounds. It was fun taking photos with everyone and people really enjoyed having the photo booth! We loved having the magnetized frames and being able to print. I received all the digitals as well. Very fun night! If you're on the fence, please just go for it! They are a great team and will take the best care of you on your wedding day or any special occasion!

I booked him right away and then via the website, I was able to select the background I wanted, plus the frame for the photo strips and the screen theme for the interface. There were a ton of choices and everything was super customizable! Kyle arrived early, got all set up, and then helped us decorate the rest of the space! He was a super nice guy, very accommodating to make sure I had everything I needed, and he had even got a couple extra props just for the occasion! You could also make gifs and boomerangs and even AI enhancements. And I got all the photos digitally for easy sharing. Matthew, the staff person who worked our actual wedding, was joyful to be around and definitely contributed to the positive vibes of our event. We just needed the actual photo booth machine because we had a very specific backdrop and props table desires, but they had a multitude of options if you want them to take care of everything. We did a Jenga guest book, but we also ended up with an unexpected photobook of guests in the photo booth at our wedding and some photo strip frames, which I didn't even know were a thing! He met with us prior to our wedding, spending over an hour going over our music preferences, reception timeline, and other logistics. A childhood friend of my husband (so they already knew each other), he spent time getting to know me and my personality, to get a sense of what might work best for us during our Reception. The online music selection form was extremely helpful to us and very user-friendly. The night of the reception, Scottie was very flexible and proactive. He suggested adjustments to our timeline based upon crowd participation, guest requests, and the general mood of the reception. My husband and I were constantly pulled in different directions by guests and we didn't have to worry - Scottie kept the party going. We also got great feedback from our guests, many of whom are notoriously tough critics. Everyone had a great time. We would highly recommend 360 DJs/Scottie Mac for weddings or any function.
