The cleaning was okay. My stairs weren't vacuumed, a bit surprising. My biggest complaint is when I came home from work the following day to find small red ants all over my foyer hardwood floors. I lifted up the large area rug and found dozens underneath. It took me over an hour of cleaning the area but still find a few stragglers. I contacted MaidPro about my concern and the response I received was "I talked with the cleaner who was at your home if she took the rugs outside and she did not. She said she never takes a rug outside unless specifically instructed to by the customer. She shook/cleaned/vacuumed them right in the house. I'm not sure how the ant problem happened." First of all, my large area rug is too large to be "shook" in a house and is made of leather ties that cannot be vacuumed. So how exactly did she clean the rug without taking it outside? Oh and why don't I still have ants if they didn't come in with the rug? Vendors need to be honest and take responsibility for things that happen. Because of this, I will never utilize their services again.
