All I need was a simple 30 second blood draw for hormones. No fancy prep or anything. I have to do this regularly & it takes about 5 minutes max. Never been to this place but my companies use it for employment stuff & it was close to my job site so I figured I'd give them a try. Now I see why all the employees complain about them. I called & asked if I could walk in on my lunch (my lunch fluctuates every day so no way to schedule an appointment), they said no way. I mentioned that my employees claim to do walks.... She said NOPE & that I absolutely MUST have an appointment. Ok well what we right? So I have to take a morning off & rearrange my work schedule etc etc to make this "required" appointment. Make the appointment for 8:15.... They open at 8 & I figured I'd be in & out quickly. WRONG. I get there a few minutes after 8, so about 12 minutes early & they already had all my paperwork so nothing else to be done expect give ID.... Not only did I have to wait over an hour, closer to 90 minutes, but I had to wait BEHIND 5 walk ins that showed up at 8. WTAF? HARD NO. You take appointments that are on time FIRST. They also appeared to have like 4-5 scheduled appointments for the same time.... You have 2 employees & you can't do 5 people at once so what kinda BS is that? To say I am pissed does not even begin to cover it. NONE of our company's will be using this crappy service provider going forward. So they lost business I won't subject my staff to this kind of service. Outside of this they were friendly & had great bedside manner. Phlebotomist was skilled. read more

Was directed here for pre-employment drug screening again from a national recruiter. All past experiences had been quick and as pleasant as they can be given the task at hand. Except for this last one. Wow! What a fail. Opened the door to find every chair full. Most of the standing space taken. My first thought was they might be giving money, opiates or meth away for nothing. Nope. Some of the friendly folks waiting had been sent in by Glacier Tours. The red busses that drive through glacier. They had scheduled a big screening for all the potential hires. Some had been waiting for hours to be tested and have there physicals done. Ok. Very busy got it. Since I'm just a walk-in I figure they will work me in. I do have a time limit to take the test. The drug test itself takes less than 10 minutes from start to finish - most of it pre and post paperwork. I was shocked at the appallingly bad service this time around. First, the staff was overwhelmed and overworked so I do feel for them given the circumstances that day. That said, after walking in I was completely ignored by the staff. They actually went out of their way to NOT acknowledge me and anyone else coming in. I left and came back an hour later. Nothing changed. I was upset at this point. A few annoyed glances from the staff and they finally took my information. She was annoyed, stressed, and downright unpleasant. The entire experience cost me about 4 hours of my day that should have taken less then 1 hour from door to door. Pro-tip: When the going gets tough smile, acknowledge people and try to set expectations. Try and be friendly despite the stress you may have to deal with. It can always get worse. A lot worse. That room full of annoyed people can go from quite and patient to down right pissed off and aggressive towards you. Then you may have something to be cranky over. Having been to this facility many times over the years I have never encountered anything like this. But this trip forces my hand to drop the stars to three. As a Canadian I feel it is important to let others know that I feel this Clinic has been taking advantage of Canadians needing PCR tests and who have travelled to Montana throughout the pandemic. The cost of a PCR test kit for a Clinic as I understand is about $25 and I expect that this place does hundreds tests a day. At $250 per test the mark up on this service is approximately 10 times or 1000% and in my opinion this is excessive or price gouging. I thought I would use this review to encourage other Canadians and anyone needing medical services to be careful and compare costs of services elsewhere as they may be more reasonably priced. Lucky for now and thanks to Canadian Truckers, Canadians can return with a Quick Covid test and no longer need to have PCR tests. I know Quick Covid tests are easier to find so be careful when you shop for clinics to help you out. Happy travels. read more

They deserve a - 5 star rating on public health and safety precautions. 1. They have a 12 x 12 waiting room. I was stuck in there with more than half the patients NOT WEARING MASKS! This includes the patients I watched from outside who walked in the door after I had to wait outside in fear of inhaling everyone's Droplets. There was also at least two other NURSES NOT WEARING MASKS. I asked the MA "Why so many people not wearing masks?". She stated the medical exemption thing. Although they DID have a MASK sign on their door upon entry, the receptionist failed to even ASK anyone to put a mask on which would at least lead to the individual being asked to come up with an explanation or medical exemption. The staff practiced absolutely no effort to enforce the Montana State Law! Not only that, but they weren't asking any COVID screening questions either. Then the MA asked me " if I was from around here." As if what I was asking about Masks was out of line or something that people in their geographical area don't ask. 2. I had an appointment for 9am. They took me back for the drug test immediately but I had to wait just about an hour for the rest of the items on my work order. 3. I was given by my company PDF's to bring to the appointment and a work order. I handed it to the phlebotomists who completed two more things on my W/O, She read it thoroughly and came to the conclusion that the non- DOT physical portion of my paper work was not in the work order . Ends up it was! So I didn't get the services my company asked for them to provide. To their credit, the receptionist , the phlebotomist and the MA had pleasant attitudes and they tried reassure me that they sanitized the phlebotomy chair and "everything." But the largest of my concern was NOT catching COVID from fomites, it was catching COVID from the airborne droplets of the OTHER PATIENTS and the carelessness of the employees to enforce MASK wearing from the multitude of their patients! I absolutely did not feel safe in this clinic! I would not recommend anyone use their services. In fact, I am appalled that they are allowed to operate under these conditions. These conditions fall in to a Loop whole of Montana State Law and we must depend on our Medical Professionals to practice integrity which they certainly were not! I would have walked out and asked my company to schedule me somewhere else but Valley Medical has a Monopoly on these needed services with in a 60 mile radius. I will be completing my service which THEY MISSED elsewhere. read more
