No one came to see if we needed help. Three employees, no customers except us and they couldn't be bothered. All staring at computer screens. It's really awkward and I'd rather just leave. I would not have posted, but this happened when I bought out door lights! I had to wait at the counter until someone finally offered to help. We were literally ignored. I spent over $2,500 (not much, but enough that you would think they'd show some interest). Loved the quality and why we came back. My guess is they work on large remodels or new construction and spend most of their time and effort working on large quotes.
