I have been twice for Botox and once for filler (Voluma) and I couldn't be happier. Angie is efficient, skilled and kind and makes sure you and she are on the same page as to what effects you want. In fact, the first time I went she actually told me I needed less than what I was getting from my previous practitioner; she saved me money and I looked better! This time she gently corrected what I call "my bad side"- a slight facial droop that I've always had. It was subtle and beautifully done. Very grateful to have found her since moving here. read more

This business does not comply with PA Health Dept guidelines, which is appalling for a healthcare facility. I had an appointment during the pandemic at a time when COVID-19 cases were surging in this area and across the country. When I walked in, there were three employees without masks on talking in very close proximity to each other. I told them I had to leave because I am in a high risk category and can't be around strangers who aren't wearing masks. Later that day, my credit card was charged a $60 cancellation fee. When I called and complained about it, they refused to reverse the charge and told me that it wasn't their policy to wear masks in the waiting area because, even though it was a health department guideline, it wasn't required by law. Imagine a healthcare facility saying it is their policy not to comply with state health dept guidelines!!! Take away: They do the very minimum required by law to protect the health and safety of their customers. It is very unfortunate because I was looking forward to supporting a downtown business but one that treats its customers like this is likely not to last for long so I hope another one will take its place. read more

I have had Cellfina six month ago in this establishment . Doctor George explained everything well. But, he left some untreated areas and I am not fully satisfied with the results after six month now. I have send emails and called several times and spoke with a doctor and his assistants about cellfina warranty , sent them pictures to evaluate and give me an estimate price for revision and no answer! Send emails and called twice. Seems like this place only cares about getting your money , but no follow ups and no answers for questions after you get your procedures. Very disappointing. Find another provider, someone who really cares about their patients. read more
