I'm extremely disappointed with the service at Moosic Laser Hair Salon. After paying $200 a month for eight months, I expected better results and a more professional experience. Despite the ongoing treatments, I've seen little to no hair removal. On top of that, the staff has been consistently rude, and the scheduling is a nightmare. Appointments are never available, even when booked far in advance, making it impossible to get the treatments you're paying for.
